FALSE CLAIMS !!!!
Rented this car with the intention that it was gonna be a smooth trip it ended up being not. On July 11, when we receive this car, there were stains on the interior which were pictures taken of and when we return it, we’re getting charged a cleaning policy fee for what?

Ms. Tan was our host and she was absolutely amazing !!! Best experience we’ve ever had renting a car. The car was beautiful, & clean as a brand new car inside and out !! Very smooth and comfortable ride . Lovely to drive !! Kept us very cool in the Texas heat!! Totally recommend anyone needing a fantastic car at a great rate to look for her black Mazda ! My ‘26 Summer Trip Rental
I was very pleased with Ron and his ‘24 Toyota Sequoia. The rate was much better than any of those chain rental companies. My family and I traveled out of state and this SUV was perfect for that drive. I would highly recommend and use him again!

I enjoyed driving this car!!
I enjoyed driving this car!!! It was great on gas mileage, and a fun little car to travel around Ohio in! It was easy to find at the airport, and it was nice because it had a handicap tag, so you could park in a handicap spot if you needed to. I only downgraded it by 1 star because the tire pressure guage went off. The tires did look a little thin tbh.

Outstanding Turo experience
Renting from this host was an amazing experience from start to finish! The car was spotless, exactly as described, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off incredibly easy. They communicated clearly throughout the trip and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an outstanding Turo experience. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Experience
I enjoyed the process, definitely very easy and straight forward, I know some of these items can be very expensive but this is definitely a chance to get into a beautiful ride you may never actually own but to get to enjoy is always a plus.

not renting again
not renting again, and closing out my account after the mandatory 72hr window! -bit of rant but whatever.... I just finished renting a Tesla, because we've never been in one and thought it would be fun. The ride was OK, but the transaction was horrible. We received the car from Ziad in NC with 25% battery (thats like 1/4 tank of gas)! I let the host know the low battery drop off sucked, but he said sorry, don't worry about it just drop it off around there is fine - this was logged in the Turo msg app to btw. So we get to hotel 20 miles away, now i have 1/8 tank of 'gas' 17% battery. Supercharged 2x over 4 days to 60% and 65% only putting like 80 road miles total over the trip. The EV's drain their battery in heat btw. Crazy how much battery you lose just sitting there in the parking lot! Anyway. I dropped it off at airport took a pic of battery 21% at 10:50AM when the agreement was noon. We let the host know drop off point etc., to end the trip. There is a 24hr rule from end of the trip, just so you know. The host post-charged me! The picture they uploaded of their pick up was -9hrs later- where the battery drained down to 17%. I received $35 additional fees for low battery fee, post trip-recharging fee, and convenience fees. There is a whole fee structure for EV's btw. Didn't see this until i started googling around- i guess thats my bad... Anyway, so at 10:56AM the next day i receive the notice of NEW incidental charges. $71. I disputed the charges in the app, submitted the evidence, and was told i missed the 24hr window to submit and dispute the charges. What? So the host conveniently dropped it off with low battery, then waited until the 23rd hr to submit the extra incidentals fee charges... I went over this with 2 support agents over an hour or so. Neither did anything to help. They just wasted a bit of time in chat and copy/pasted the 24hr time policy outline and stated it had lapsed and the dispute team sided with the host. I told them its all a scam- the host scamming the renters and Turo scamming them all!... now i have to wait 3 days to cancel my account and share my experience with others.... my reservation # was 59319794. if you really care and want to right a wrong and provide a trusted service to your customers.
