My husband bought this product and did not realize it was a subscription. The product did not work. He cancelled the subscription in May and we were charged June and July. June no product and July charged $104.97 and product received. Both after cancellation. The only way to reach someone was email. They said there is 2 cancellations and he only cancelled one. This is bait and switch. We had to cancel our debit card and report them to our bank. They have not agreed to our refund and talk in circles. Don’t do it!

Unethical sales tactics
Product itself is ok, although I have not achieved the results that others have. What bothers me is the sales tactics. I ordered once, then a couple of months later I get an email saying the next order of my subscription is on the way. If I inadvertently signed up for an ongoing subscription it was buried in the fine print and was not obvious. I immediately replied that I did not place another order, and cancel my "subscription". Tstrive claimed they had sent me a reminder email a week before (I checked my emails, they hadn't) and refused to provide return authorization or refund the unauthorized charge they made to my credit card, although they did cancel my (imaginary?) subscription.

Shady Company
Do not buy this junk. It does nothing and then they say they guarantee and if not satisfied they will refund but when you tell them to cancel, they still want you to pay more. I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC, for shady practices.

Absolutely worthless
I used their product as instructed for 90 days. Absolutely nothing improved. I did much better with eating better and exercising. Their product is ABSOLUTELY worthless and they are difficult to cancel subscription.

Where do I start!!!? *Well obviously the upselling after purchasing what I intended on buying and pretty much stating Tstrive might not work effectively unless you buy these extra bottles. * the constant emails asking me how's it going whe I haven't even gotten my order! * it was good to get a warning email about the next orders charge but I didn't even sign up for reoccurring orders and I still haven't gotten my original order yet lmao. * ads say take 1 capsule 3 times daily but the bottle read take 3 capsules before bed 🤦. *took forever to receive I just picked up my order this morning so I have no feed back about the product if it works or not but I'm already discouraged with some of these reviews because some of the stuff has already rung true with me (minus if the product works or not) I plan on documenting my 3 month journey and I will share.

Product is complete garbage. Threw away two bottles after using the first month. Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, a yourself a headache. Tricky subscription automatic renewal. Junk.

Snake oil. All this crap did was make my body temperature so damn hot that I couldn’t sleep . DO NOT buy this junk. Just eat natural non-processed foods and go for a walk.

Hello be careful when ordering this product pay very close attention to the terms and conditions I ordered this product it took more time than usual to receive it lost my job and befor my 2nd subscription order was sent out I canceled because I had to cut back on my bills they still pulled money from my account and didn't send me any product worth the money they took so pretty much I feel like they just stold money from me ..not recommended
