I worked with both Derrick Davis and Kevin Hartley. Both were phenomenal in every aspect. They kept me completely up to date with everything going on, went over ever option we had at each step, and most importantly actually had my best interest in mind. They came highly recommended and I can see why. I'm very thankful I had them on my team and we resolved my legal troubles with a great outcome.

Randy was extremely helpful in our successful trademark registration. At the outset of the process, he provided clear guidance about which of our chosen company names had a greater likelihood of obtaining trademark protection. The process went very smoothly, and we ultimately received trademark protection for the company name we wanted. I would definitely work with Randy again.

The experience with Trust Tree was excellent from start to finish. They were hired to support trademark applications for our business name and logo. Our assigned attorney provided very clear expectations on the process, roles, timelines, and regular communications and updates along every step of the way, including responses to our inquiries, managing all filings and replies on our company's behalf. The turnaround time was as stated which speaks to their expertise in the area (they focus solely on this!). Finally, their professionalism and courteous attitude are the major reasons that will bring us back to work with them in the future and we look forward to future collaborations!
