I can only say thank you. I am currently pregnant. I was terminated by my employer without any notice. I needed to apply to paid medical Leave for my state due to pregnancy complications plus I was no longer working. I reached out to trust medical and was seen by a doctor on the same day who validated my pregnancy and depression. I received my certificate and signed form on the very next day. I submitted the form with her signature and my paid leave was approved. This was truly a blessing because I needed my forms to be signed in a timely manner because the state paid leave program can take up to 4 weeks. Thanks for all you do ❤️

Never got sent my doctor’s note. Never got sent a rejection email either. Just took my money and ran. Their “support/contact” number is a Vietnam number that doesn’t even go through. Tried contacting through their email no response. This is a scummy scamy site that clearly paid for reviews. I need a doctors note because I was home sick, sleeping it off for dayss. My boss won’t except “I’m sick” she needs proof. F you if I get fired money is tight for everyone u greedy corporate fat F***s 😊
The Medical Staff are wonderful. They have taken care of me many times when I was sick, injured, and post auto accident. They’re always friendly and professional. I recommend them highly to anyone and everyone.
The whole process from start to end was straight forward and fairly smooth. I was unable to use my PCP without waiting months for an appointment and had to research immediate help for my paperwork. I booked my appointment after filling out questionnaire. After my appointment I felt a huge burden being lifted off of my shoulders. I uploaded my medical files and with my video interview, TrustMedical filled out my papers for work and filing for state disability. A little hiccup there, but the Support team did not stop until my case was resolved. Thank you! I definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

I had my reservations, but Trust Medical ended up being the crucial difference between me being completely screwed over and me being protected and saved by state workers’ rights laws. They absolutely came through, and I have (IMPORTANT!) info regarding some of their 1 star reviews on here. I’ve been engaged in an intense, high stakes medical issue with my corporate workplace for the past half year; I had the necessary documentations (CYA if you’re ever in this situation, please) but needed EXPERT help for filing a medical disability with my state, which my usual medical team did not have experience in. So I reached out to these guys bc stuff like this is their specialty. Through my own fault, there was a hiccup in my paperwork. I was working on a razor thin deadline margin and had to time everything just right, and when I saw the mistake a day before the paperwork was due I had a full on massive panic attack. It was so bad that I regrettably freaked out on the staff at Trust Medical (my nervous system was absolutely shot); i caught the mistake after standard office hours too. Against all odds, Trust Medical handled it like true pros. They got back to me immediately on all forms of contact and resolved the issue by rewriting the docs and confirming we’re on the same page moving forward— Early, as well. They truly handled my unfortunate meltdown with utmost grace and professionalism in their prompt response & I was able to pull everything off on schedule and sufficiently protect myself moving forward. IMPORTANT tip: they DO callback and reach back out promptly. If you call their number and have to leave a message for a problem, pls note that they WILL call back on a DIFFERENT number to help you resolve it. Outside of normal office hours, I got the callback within an hour. Thank you for helping me get through one of the hardest and most anxiety filled time of my life, Trust Medical team. Bless y’all because your service is a godsend.
Scam Artists. I paid $175 for ADA paperwork. It scheduled a 10 minute evaluation where they told me that I was not eligible due to not having medical documentation. They recommended I go get evaluated in person by another doctor. Took my money and I got nothing signed like they said they would. If this was an issue, why not state that medical documentation has to be provided in order to get paper work signed. Instead they used an excuse saying that the $175 was taken for the fake doctors time. Her 10 minutes required my $175. And they denied my refund because they can only refund my money if I had my paper work signed and rejected by an employer. Refrain from ever using online services like this. Get evaluated by real in person doctors. Not by wannabe online doctors.
They are fast, understanding and have amazing customer support that goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of or need anything while being sick or injured, Ive used them for work medical notes and so far have had no issues, they are affordable even more so that most doctor office visits with insurance!
The appointment scheduling went fine, but after the appointment I have not received my letter within the time specified, and I have received no response to my messages. The phone number on their website will only direct you to leave a message so there is no way to speak to a live person for help. In short, after paying and having an appointment, I’ve been ghosted.
This has been amazing for me. With no insurance this has been helpful in keeping my job. And they respond so quickly when I have questions. They are amazing.
Very fast and easy way to get a dr note if you have bills stacked up from your main hospital! i love trust medical! i also work with a big corporation so they take them with no question asked too which is nice lol
