Former employee review
After working with the company for four months, I wanted to share my honest experience. The work itself was excellent, and the overall work environment was motivating and enjoyable. I genuinely appreciated the opportunities I received and the experience I gained. However, everything changed when it came to dealing with the boss of the company. A leader is expected to guide, mentor, and correct employees when they make mistakes. I completely understand that if an employee is at fault, they deserve constructive criticism or even a strict conversation. But there is a limit. No boss has the right to abuse or insult an employee, regardless of the situation. A company can have highly educated people, advanced systems, and great business success, but if its leader do not know how to treat employees with respect or how to be employee-centric, then that education has little value. True professionalism is reflected in the way people are treated, especially during difficult conversations. Even after accepting my mistakes, I was continuously made to feel humiliated and degraded. On the very last day of the month, I was asked to leave the organization without any prior notice, and I was not even paid my salary for that month. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of basic courtesy—not even a simple wish for my future. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on building a culture where managers are held accountable for their behavior and employees are treated with dignity and respect. A positive workplace is not defined only by the work people do, but also by how they are treated.
