travel guard is a SCAM a FRAUD do not buy they will make it impossible to refund your money back i dont know how people could write that they are good that maibe a paid review to be honest totally B,S use your money somewhere else not here

It does not do what is advertised
I purchased a hotel room for a family member to attend a wedding. I purchased travel guard insurance to cover what they said was to cover cancelation of the room with in a few days of the reservation. I cancelled the reservation due to illness of the family member and submitted it to Travel Guard for reimbursement. They denied my claim. The representation that this insurance would cover us due to an issue was a false claim. I would not spend the money on this insurance again.

Cancelled flight, Travel Guard won't refund my hotel.
My Frontier flight to Tampa got cancelled. I added Travel Guard insurance to my hotels.com reservation in case something like this happened. I submitted my claim and I am now going on 23 days that the refund hasn't been issued. I have spoken to 2 different people about the claim and they simply aren't responding. This company is a SCAM and an absolute joke. Never using them ever again.
