The customer service was fantastic
The customer service was fantastic! I had a problem with the website, but was easly walked through the process over the phone. They even found a closer shipping location to me, cutting down on the price and ship time. The directions were very precise and made the install easy. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchasing An Auxiliary Tank
I was interested in purchasing an extra fuel tank for my truck. I had a lot of questions. Tim took my phone call and was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. I have an appointment to have the tank installed.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service! Tim Wells went out of his way to accommodate my schedule since I was coming from Michigan. (2400 miles away) I have other Transfer Flow products on my older trucks and Tim always help to get me the right parts and advice to service my equipment .

Works like it should
I had a local company install this tank for me. I heard no complaints from them regarding ease of install. It was nice to be able to point them to the video and on-line instructions so they knew what they were getting into. The tank has been functioning flawlessly in my 2025 F350 7.3L gas pickup. The gas gauge still works. The distance to empty calculation is off. Hopefully someone comes up with a software fix for the late model trucks. Overall, I'm happy with the tank and it does what I paid for - extended my range.

Ordering was straight forward and…
Ordering was straight forward and quick. Customer was friendly, patient and worked with me. Shop that installed the tank was impressed with the build quality and was able to get the install fairly quickly. The profile under the truck is about the same as the skid plate that was removed. The tank metal is heavy enough that there is not need for the skid. Operation we will see. Still need to get the gauge calibrated but that may be more of a Ford issue than Transfer Flow.

The $2,000 tank is damaged upon…
The $2,000 tank is damaged upon receipt!!! 1 massive dent in the back, 1 small dent in the back and the delivery driver threw it off his truck onto the fill cap!!!
