Very pleasant experience. Pickups on time and drop off,Tour Guide (Manoj) was very knowledgeable and patient with us .We had a good time. Hotel lacked a lot of variety in meals ,if they can be given that feedback but view from that location was amazing .My 14 year old and I had a good time at Niagara.

Fantastic experience with the helicopter tour. Amazing view, smooth take-off and landing, and the feeling in the helicopter is great.

1. July 27, 2026- The email confirmation I received stated that the drop off is at Toronto. I emailed to advise that we should be dropped off at Sheraton which is our pick up location and the package I paid for. Sumudu confirmed that we are indeed getting dropped off at Sheraton. 2. July 28, 2026- 10am: Shawn the driver called to say that our pick up will be delayed from 10.20am to 11am. He said since we have the boat ticket, we can go on our own and he will be purchasing the Journey behind the falls tickets. I guess he didnt know it was already purchased. He said he’ll pick us up after the boat ride, go on the tour to be dropped off at Toronto. I said we should be dropped off at Sheraton. He was surprised to know that, and asked if we’re not going on the tour. I said we are, but drop off should be at Sheraton. The line got cut and I couldnt call him back. I called the toll free number to inform them about the confusion. The agent said he will call the driver and call me back. He never did, I had to call back after waiting for 15mins. We were already wasting time. I did not understand why the tour we purchased was not planned properly. When I called back, the agent said there was an accident thats why there was a delay in pick up. He then said he will call me back. He never did. I called back after 15mins and I was told that we can go on the tour, and we will be provided with a prepaid Uber ride back to Sheraton because the group tour we were included was going back to Toronto. I told the agent we’re not proceeding to the tour and I want a refund, minus the boat and journey behind falls tickets that were already purchased. The agent said he will talk to the team and I asked him to call me back after 5 mins. He never did. The reason I was willing to pay $855.41 for all 4 of my family is because of the convenience, peace of mind, and the “supposed” organized tour itinerary that TourBeez offered. All I got was an unorganized, unpleasant and inconvenient experience. I understand there are unavoidable circumstances sometimes, but the way TourBeez handled it was not organized - it made me stressed out, which is very unpleasant for someone on vacation. Had it been dealt with early on, meaning, ensuring the driver is aware our tour specifics and arranging for an alternate solution and proactively communicating it with me , the situation would have been different. I did get my refund but will not book with this agency again.

Our family had a great experience with TourBeez. The pick up and drop off at our location was perfect. We enjoyed Shawn’s commentary … only suggest he turn the music down a little on the bus. Niagara boat was super fun and all the stops along the Niagara Park Way were beautiful and interesting! Thanks for an enjoyable day!

The guide Shawn was good, but the tour itinerary is disappointing, when the tour was confirmed we were given also only the boat ticket with no explanation that the Skylon tower tickets would be bought by the guide on the spot. So that created some panic in us as it was the weekend before our trip. Fortunately someone replied to my email. We signed up for the skylon tower and boat cruise, unknowingly, the time that was given for doing these two activities plus lunch were too rush. We should have gone on the boat trip first but we were taken to the skylon tower first, by the time we were at the boat trip, the queue was so long there must have been 200 or more people in line. We only had one hour plus and that would not be enough for us to take the boat with the long queue. In the end after paying nearly CAD$100 for 2 pax for the boat, we had to skip the boat trip. Unlike some other tour groups offered the priority queue and at the same price, it is with regrets we took this tour, I am giving to 2 stars for the guide. I think the company should highlight to clients that time is limited or offers priority queue, instead the company advertised this is the best package. It left us no time to even enjoy the town and the shopping around or even have time to walk around . It was really a waste of money for this tour. I would advise to look for tour groups with Viator or Get Your Guide which offered much better package.

We were very disappointed with this tour. The pickup was over an hour late, and we never received any notification that the bus would be delayed. We only got an update after we contacted the company ourselves. The tour was also advertised as a small-group experience with a maximum of 14 people. Instead, a large coach bus was used, and it was full. The driver picked up passengers from hotels all across downtown Toronto, which made delays almost inevitable. Finally, the tour was advertised as lasting 8 hours, but it actually took around 12 hours. This significantly affected our plans for the rest of the day. Overall, the tour did not match what was advertised, and the lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.

Fabulous guide-Shiva! The weather was extreme but she guided us through lines and crowds beautifully! She went out of her way to make our day a great one!

I think they cover a fair amount in a day. The guide, Shawn, was polite, helpful and well informed. That worked well. However they went back on their committment to pick up from my location even though it was advertised as such. Also the charging points and wifi didn't work, I would call it a minor temporary glitch though. They can improve in terms of waiting time spent, for example, long time spent at wine tasting site, maple leaf shop etc for marketing their wares could be reduced to give more time at the falls itself.

The whole experience. Wasn’t sure about picking someone up on their front porch. It took a lot of time. Might suggest a rendezvous point in the future

Shawn driver was good. People person. Waiting times in every stop took longer-term and have to wait for people. Rules were not clear on real times so punctual customers don't have to wait for others. Falls were so great. Bus, driving and music excellent job by Shawn.

It was good easy to book online . Vehicle and guide were nice. Overall very good experience. The only minus is complimentary water should be provided at least in summers. But it's really nice and we will do it again. Thank you
