Stop Marketing
1. I don't want to have the damn TAV page on each startup. When i want to do a scan i will do so. 2, Do not...Do not continue to try to sell me more capabilities. If I need more I will ask. 3. I have only had TAV a few days and your marketing practices have me totally pissed of. I paid good money to you to do a job. Do it and stop bothering. I will uninstall if necessary.

Paid for a competitors product, used it; ran to AV
Paid for a competitors product with Windows 10 being vulnerable. Said product i got was overwhelming with their buy more/add on promotions - if i wanted more I'd have got it. I bitched, they told me to turn off my notifications - pardon me, you want me to turn off my notifications, from my security provider? Ran to Total AV, thrilled thus far :)

It should be rated lower
It should be rated lower. These Mfers intice you with all these protection services for a low price and then after you enroll, they start trying to upsell you on ALL of the services you thought were automatically receiving. Of course. UPGRADING each service means spending much more money. This is a scam site..their selling premises are very unclear and you must pay to find out exactly what you will get. Very deceptive and totally corrupt business model.

Terrible experience!
For the past 2 years I have been trying to cancel this terrible app. Someone from India keeps telling me, "no problem, it is cancelled". And then their charge of $17 appears again the next month on my PayPal. I don't even have the app on my phone but I keep getting charged for it. PayPal says they can't cancel it, it must be done through TotalAV. Be very careful if you subscribe to their "$2 scam".

They initially charge you $19, but when the subscription renews, they don’t notify you that they are going to charge you $129! They simply renew the subscription without informing you about the new price. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

=Rip off scammer took £129 out of my account everytime I've asked for refund 3 times today they keep disconnecting me need to got too bank and block them going to trading standards and reporting as scammer *edit* to your reply I have done this to no reply, I was in live chat 3 times asking for refund of my money but being offered discounts everytime I declined live chat was ended *2nd edit* this is on behalf of my 76yr old father who I in the end had to take to the bank to raise a dispute as fraud everything here actually happened otherwise I wouldn't go to great lengths to expose this company
