Absolutely fantastic customer service
I accidentally ordered an iPhone 17 case and accessories instead of the iPhone 17 Pro Max versions. As soon as I realized my mistake, I contacted customer service. The representative was awesome, patient, and very understanding. He responded to my emails promptly and reassured me that everything would be handled. Even though the package shipped from overseas, he made the return and refund process completely stress-free. Exceptional service!

10 out of 10 customer service and product!
I went to place my very first order with this company when I upgraded to my iPhone 17 pro Max, I ended up running into a system glitch and order the case smaller. I immediately contacted the seller and their shipping partner and both companies were extremely nice in getting my issue resolved and staying in communication with me throughout the whole process. not to mention my case is beautifully amazing! I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family and this is an auto buy company for me now! try them out. they're great!!

Products arrived promptly and…
Products arrived promptly and correctly. Now 2 months on the screen protector and case have effectively done their job of protecting my phone, the stand/finger strap is similarly functional although possibly the strap is a bit tight for my adult male fingers even though I'm not oversized nor overweight. The Air case looks really smart though the finger strap got grubby very easily with normal use.

Finally found an iPhone cover I like!
For months, I’ve been looking for an I-phone 17 cover that was properly protective, has a stand, that I like the look of and that was priced sensibly. I found it in this torras case. I’ve also bought a high spec screen protector which haven’t fitted yet as the previous torras lower spec protector currently fitted is doing just fine!

Outstanding customer service that was above and beyond what was expected! The wrong size case was ordered back in April but was brought out of country and given to the recipient 3 months later. Once we realized the wrong case had been ordered, an email was sent to Torras knowing we had passed the 30 day return policy. The response to our email from Nancy was extremely prompt. Not only was she kind, personable, and caring; but she was also very understanding of our unique situation. A solution was offered quickly and a new case was immediately sent under the warranty policy. There was a genuine consideration expressed for the shipping costs for us to return the incorrect case, so in the end, we did not have to return it. Honestly speaking, this was the most positive experience with customer service we've ever had from any company! Truly grateful<3

I bought a TORRAS neck fan last summer…
I bought a TORRAS neck fan last summer to help me survive the heat. I had a question and the response from Nora was almost immediate. She helped me and was so nice. This summer I had another question and once again received an immediate response from Nora. The neck fans are extremely well made and help me a lot. I am not used to a company that cares so much about their products and customers. I will positively recommend TORRAS products and their customer service to all. Thanks TORRAS and Nora!!
