Disappointing how much has changed with this service. Used to be a smooth interaction. This time I had little to no plays when starting the campaign. A rep reached out after I left a review. They said they would work on the campaign that basically provided almost nothing after the first 6 weeks. They moved me to a couple playlists that also underperformed. I had to reach out again to prod them. They then placed me on something marginally better but still well below the advertised traction. Lasted only a couple more weeks before back to nothing. I would not recommend in the future and this comes from someone who used the services 6 or 7 times prior. Not sure if they changed ownership or just got lazy but definitely not the same service it used to be. update based on feedback 6/29: This response is telling when the website literally advertises ranges and claims campaigns don’t stop until goals are reached. Blaming the customer, especially one that originally tried to be reasonable and removed the initial review to give you guys time to resolve the issues, is not great customer service. Update 7/9: And now after a dozen messages back and forth this company and its campaign manager decide to call the review fake. As if there isn’t a giant correspondence trail with the Campaign Manager.

TMMA has been continuously excellent since I first started working with them in February until today, I just place another order Wednesday which will be my 5th they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations whenever I had any questions Vivian was very responsive and made sure to fix any hiccups my first campaign from back on February 14th for my song warm static as well as my second campaign from March are still getting streams today because of these campaigns which is amazing I can’t recommend this company enough I can’t wait to see how my next few campaigns go!

I’ve been working with TMMA for a few…
I’ve been working with TMMA for a few months now, mainly using their Algorithmic Trigger campaigns, and I’ve had a really positive experience so far. What I appreciate most is that the streams come from real listeners via Spotify Ads Studio, which actually helped my track get picked up by algorithmic playlists like Radio, Mixes and even Discover Weekly. That was a big milestone for me as an independent artist. The team has been responsive and transparent whenever I had questions, and I like that I can track results and see the growth happening over time. It’s not a “magic overnight blow-up,” but if you’re looking for steady, legit growth and want to support the Spotify algorithm properly, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. — Nana A.J

TMMA is actually the first spotify…
TMMA is actually the first spotify promoter that has worked. So far, there has never been a thought of a scam. In addition, they are easy to communicate with and they have been flexible in promotions. I definitely recommend them.

They really reviewed my music and put it on really great playlists. My monthly listeners growing each day and I get alot of new savings on my tracks. Communication are really good and they take time to help out with all questions. Strongly recommend them.
