Just purchased a Tobenone dual monitor kvm to consolidate our home desktop and laptop, eliminating a computer cabinet. Couldn’t get laptop connected and realized that I used an Apple charging cable (no data) to gain an extended length. Used the supplied cable and it worked like a charm. Build quality seems excellent, Customer service was one of the most response that I have ever encountered, Highly recommend,

I requested replacement of old dual host cable which was shipped and Anita from the team engaged with me and provided a reasonable replacement after 5 years of wear and tear which is two single USB-C cables. The communication was fast and effective. Happy with the support provided and the speed at which it was shipped.

UDS015D Docking Station Triple Monitor for M1/M2/M3 MacBook Pro/Air /USB C Windows Laptops 6975521430022 / 65W - US Plug / Gray Ordered as a replacement for an older unit that failed. I could not get new one to work. After a couple of weeks of trying I contacted my son who is very knowledgeable with IT issues. He discovered one the cables shipped with the new unit was defective. Replaced the cable with one from the old unit and it now works as it should. The defective cable is the one between the docking station and the host.

The cord was not even working when it arrived. I went and replaced the whole dock with a better working device in whole. Thanks for the waste

Judy let me know about an inventory issue with the item I purchased and worked with me to resolve it. She also worked with me to ensure the item would work with the laptops I have and her response times were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, respectful and friendly. She went above and beyond. I wish all customer support representatives were like Judy. TobenONE’s high quality products plus their excellent customer support will have me coming back for another purchase. Thank you!

We purchased the KVM switch to run a business laptop and a personal laptop off the same monitor and peripherals. This switch worked perfectly. The product is well made, easy to setup and worked immediately. We later added a USB c Hub adapter also from TobenOne to expand the input capacity for our business laptop. This new product is top quality, easy to setup and has simplified our work. We have all peripherals up and running. We had questions along the way and their support team was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for providing excellent products backed up by superior customer service!
