I bought tiles from this company due to having them wanting to be fitted over floor boards and needing boarding and self levelling I had difficulty finding a tilest for the job, I finally found one upon unpacking the tiles the tilest found many defects with my tiles from scratches to chips and missing corners etc when contacting the company I was told I had a week to make any complaints. That’s there answer diabolical no solution offered i was criticised why I hadn’t had it done in a week disgusting

I recently ordered tiles from this company and had a great experience from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, and communication was clear throughout. The quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations, and they arrived well-packaged with no damage. Delivery was prompt, and customer service was responsive and helpful when I had queries. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future projects

Would definitely use again…
This was my first time using Tile Direct. Ordering was simple, notifications were timely and informative and delivery was quicker than estimated and went smooth. Overall the whole process went well and would certainly recommend.

The service of Tiles Direct was great
The service of Tiles Direct was great. The service of FedEx delivery was not very good. The delivery was lost and never arrived at my house. Even though my order was only one little box, Customer Service took it seriously. I was refunded for my purchase.

Overall a really good experience
Overall a really good experience. Everything arrived on time and looked great once installed. Quality was solid and the final result exceeded my expectations. Had a minor issue that required a little extra time to sort out, but nothing deal-breaking. Would definitely use this service again.
