When I booked my tickets - I booked them for a Saturday at 1:30 l, when I checked out the tickets said it was for Sunday at 4:30. Would not refund or exchange my tickets. I had to reschedule my weekend to attend the event. It also wouldn’t allow me to chose my seats.

All went well, no problems, uploaded ticket to my account in less than a minute and the transaction was completed. I was on my way with nothing more to do.

Seller was supposed to contact me at least one hour ahead of the venue with instructions on where to pick up the tickets. Never showed and we were forced to buy additional tickets from another company. Then the seller calls after the venue started saying tickets were ready, I told him the event already started. But he thought because the main act didn’t start for another hour that he was in the right. Ticketnetwork needs to do a much better job in choosing who they partner with.

My grandchild was on there site I caught transaction within couple mins made a call to cancel no refund policy would been nice if I was the one to be on the site . Thank you so much I’m disabled and barely make my bills ! Shame on you guys!

Never delivered my Sunday tickets and the customer service line isn’t available until 10. Not enough time to plan travel to a show that starts at 11 and has nightmare parking issues.

Great, my first experience w ticket network was not good this time it was better because my tickets were sent to me two weeks before the concert. Last time it was the day before!
