First Time User
First time using Ticket Liquidator to purchase Bow Wow tickets. The price was cheaper than ticket master. It was very easy, they were very informative through email and text about my tickets. The transfer of tickets to my phone was fast and easy. I will use them again in the future

Wrong tickets, no help!
I was ordering tickets for a concert in CA for a date in Nov. and instead got tickets for a concert the next day in a different state. As a result I sent alot of money and got nothing in return. Your customer service did nothing for me, even thou I call them minutes after the mistake was made.

I really don't like how long it takes…
