THIEVES. Times must be rough for Tianeptine Depot. They used to have a stellar reputation. However, after sending them $767 through Cash App on 7/22/26, they STOLE it! Ignored my order, ignored emails (I got a message saying "not able to send") and ignored phone vm's when I tried to find out where my order was. The only thing they didn't ignore was my $767 cash they got from Cash App. Cash App is no better. They pretend they're letting you file an appeal, but they also make it impossible to process appeals. I found an a different way to appeal it, and then I knew it was all fake.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. They will always get back to you. Most issues resolved quickly. You speak to an actual person from the USA. Can't beat that!!

Best Customer Service of Any Business I've Used
If I could rate that last interaction (and most interactions) I've had with the company ten stars, I would. Every interaction I've had with Karol and now Jason has been absolutely stellar, even when I screw up payment or hit the wrong button, they go above and beyond (and I do mean above and beyond) to correct it and they don't make me feel bad about it. Quality is consistently good. Phenomenal product and phenomenal+ customer service.

This company always does a great job
This company always does a great job. Fantastic customer service, with quick response time and ease of resolving an issues you may have. This would be a five star review- except that I think they could have more options to pay on checkout. Being able to use a credit or debit card would be nice. Recently prices have increased and there have been no recent promotions running, which makes this particularly important. Otherwise you will not regret doing business with these guys. I've never had a bad experience!

Inconsistent
I've used this location for years, and unfortunately the service has become very inconsistent. It's honestly a crapshoot whether your package will even leave their facility the same day—even when you've paid for UPS Next Day Air. This has happened to me more times than I can count, and it's incredibly frustrating to pay extra for time-sensitive shipping only to watch your package sit at the facility. When things go right, the service is fine, but the inconsistency has made it difficult to rely on this location for urgent shipments. I truly hope they can get their operations back on track because customers paying for premium shipping deserve dependable service.

They lost my $245.54 payment
I made one purchase which was delivered and went fine. My 2nd purchase your team "lost" my payment method and asked me to send screenshots of the cashapp payment that I made. I did so, and got absolutely no response after multiple emails, phone calls, etc. I also paid for the expensive next day delivery shipping and the total amount was $245.54 that they lost. I am very disappointed in the fact that all of my communications have been ignored, especially after I showed proof of payment to them via email.

I used to work for this company and…
I used to work for this company and really needed help with my mental health which was refused for months. The owner does not know how to do claims portable at customer service and will call you a druggie without having any facts. Getting paid is hard and overall a horrible experience when I needed help. I am sorry to all the customers that are having to deal with him. Would not recommend working for this company as the owner is a narcissist and just overall not good to work for. I ended up getting help for my mental health and all he could do was call me a druggie. And from the looks at it it seems that he's the same way with his customers.

Product is okay service is terrible
Product is okay service is terrible. Product has shipping issue their fault. My shipping gets reduced from expensive 2 day to ups ground. After days of trying i talk to support they tell me "do you have any idea how many packages are messed up". Cause its my problem I got no credit or refund for the messed up shipping that once it was coming to me they reduced to dirt cheap shipping the product okay the customer service is terrible
