We stayed in the same unit for four weeks. It was a glorious time. Senya, Raul, Ryan and Carley were all amazing as well as my good old faithful, Urma. We loved visiting with Levi and the valet staff could not have done more for us.

Easy to book once a property was located. The company handling the property was very organized and communicated throughout. The photos represented the property exactly, though I do wish there were a way to distinguish a third home that is actually a HOME from a managed vacation rental property.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. It has everything you need to hibernate for a few days and completely unwind - a gorgous pool, paddle courts, games room, grilling area, and plenty of space to relax. There’s also lots to do nearby if you feel like getting out and exploring. Ziv was a wonderful host - incredibly accommodating and responsive, and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Which we did! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

We love Thirdhome. We have scheduled several third homes in different states and they all have been excellent. Our favorite getaways so far!

Wonderful keyless trip up to Nevada City, CA. where we got to stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a lovely lap pool and backyard, 8 mins walking distance to downtown Nevada City. Super easy to book, arrive and settle in, and incredible rate for the week!

The Park City condo was incredible. The owner offered some many ideas for things to do and restaurants to visit. We booked activities every day on this vacation and everyone loved it. The weather was great, food was great and people were great. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Thanks!

A lovely home in a super part of the world. The house is modern, comfortable and perfectly set up for a family experience. The hosts, Ben and Rebecca, were helpful and responsive to questions. We felt very much at home and really enjoyed the hot tub at the house and all the fabulous local beauty and nature. I’d strongly recommend it and would love to visit again.

I was in town surf fishing for a week with a couple of buddies. We stayed in the four bedroom, Diamante Lagoon Tower, great accommodations, friendly, and professional service from everybody on site. We were impressed and will not hesitate to stay there again.

The ease of using our keys, informative from start to finish. Scheduling and connecting with the resort owner was initiated by Third Home and the member was very responsive and helpful with tips on things to do around the resort and around town. We had a very pleasant time with our first third home trip. we will definitely be using Third Home for future stays.

Our stay was perfect. We received an upgrade from a Grand Luxxe Loft to a one-bedroom villa because the building where we had originally booked was closed for maintenance. It actually worked out even better for us, as the villa had a much larger kitchen, a small plunge pool on the balcony, and a much more spacious room than the one we had originally reserved. Everything was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We absolutely loved LUDŌ by Cirque du Soleil. The food was delicious—without a doubt, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

We will NOT be renewing our membership with Third Home for reasons I will explain below, but 1st I want to say I LOVE the concept for so many reasons: social, environmental, financial and logistical - but that said, there are other much BETTER run platforms for exchanging homes such as the aptly named "Home Exchange." We have been with ThirdHome for a couple years now, and early on there was a snafu with that cost us a good deal of money - and made us aware that they were not flexible nor accommodating - but we were not planning to leave them until they totally blew us off re: our concerns about an upcoming guest. To put it in context: every guest we have hosted in the past (over 300 between ThirdHome, AirBnB, VRBO & Home Exchange) and every place we have stayed has been a positive experience. . . . But we have a guest coming to stay in a few weeks who we have misgivings about. He has refused to respond to basic questions eg "What is bringing you to the area? Who many people will be staying here at the house? The guest has written to us a few times once asking to stay an extra day, and then another time to move the dates, and we responded promptly, again asking OUR questions. No response. And this guest has no public persona or reviews from anyone. We just have a name . . . and are left wondering if he planning a bachelor party or something? Will our neighbors be annoyed by noise and/or lots of cars coming and going. We have no idea. We expressed these concerns in writing to Third Home and received a response saying "we have reviews of the guest" but when I asked to see them, they said they were "internal and private." When I wrote back and shared that I would be sending our guest a form similar to the one I had just filled out for a Third Home we are booking for a family reunion (for my Mom's 90th birthday - the same week we are hosting the mystery guest!) I was told I could NOT do that and they would consider me "canceling" the guest and we would be responsible for paying for the accommodations of him AND his party of however many people he is bringing. When I pointed out that I had been required to answer the same questions I was asking - plus many more questions - such as providing the email address for every person setting foot on the property, agreeing to signed waivers for each person AND agreeing to have a "house manager" inspect the premises every day - and so on - I was told that because the home we were going to be staying in was in the "Reserve" category they could insist on such things, where as we could not. We wrote back and told them we would NOT be renewing our membership and we WOULD be writing a critical - but entirely honest - review of Third Home's customer service on Trustpilot and maybe a few more sites. Is sum, we do NOT recommend using Third Home, and instead suggest using some of the other exchange platforms. Hope all your travels are positive and happy!

Beautiful cabin that comfortably sleeps 8 (note 2 of the queens are in a loft next to each other - great for kids). Lovely location on a quiet lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked meals there every night. Would definitely go back for replacing family time.

Location of the house was perfect! It is super cute and communication from the owner was excellent including recommendations for what to do in whitefish! 40 minutes to amazing hikes in Glacier.
