My second pair of prescription glasses
My second pair of prescription glasses. Great and very reasonably priced. Perfect fit perfect RX. I also have 4 pair of non prescription readers. Im 80 and have had cataract surgery Soo UV protection is appreciated.

Great price
Great price, great product. Improved scratch resistant lens works great. Thanks for a great idea and getting it out to benefit people like me. I wear them every day and have them in several handy places. People always ask how my glasses stay on. It’s fun to show them how they flex.

Fast shipping after 10 days and I love the fact that it’s extremely light on my face! It’s flexible and so light and very easy to wear, it’s a classic on its own. By the way, it’s also durable and most of all, it looks good on my face.

Incorrect item ordered
I inadvertently ordered one of the items and sent a note advising Thinoptics of my error. Within an hour they advised they would send the correct item at no charge. That is what I call excellent customer service and the products are great.

Their customer service is very responsive! The glasses are great and worked perfectly for what I needed! When I needed a warranty replacement, they took care of it immediately without giving me any headaches!

Pleasantly surprised
Well, to start off with I learned if thin optics from a friend, they had a pair and I had to have a pair because they were something I’ve never seen before thin magnified case that fits to your phone, reasonably priced prescription or readers or sunglasses were my choices. I just got the readers and I instantly fell in love they became the one pair of glasses. I never lose for some reason they’re always where I put them in my purse, cause they’re so thin and they don’t take up a lot of space or the magnet connected to my phone. They’re thin and comfortable like air. You don’t even know you have them on just love them then the other day my earpiece broke. I’m not sure why, but it was not fixable so out of desperation I wrote to the company and asked if they could just kindly give me a discount or maybe was there a warranty I didn’t expect much. It was with great surprise day for me they would be sending me out a brand new pair. No questions asked all they wanted. Was to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t believe it. I was elected. No questions asked I’ve had them about eight months so my new pair on their way and I’ll be back into business and just the whole experience has been wonderful and I just felt the need to share. Thin optics is a wonderful company all the way around I definitely give them five stars. Elated Patty H

Not comfortable and not as described
They are thin but not comfortable to wear, they don't fit well and slip off very easily. They are not as per photo - I ordered 2 pairs with pink frames but they are just badly printed on colour onto clear frames, not like the sales image at all. I contacted customer service but was refused a return. Returns to USA are at my expense - I am in UK so too expensive.

I’ve used ThinOptics for years as back…
I’ve used ThinOptics for years as back ups and emergency situations. They have always been there when needed. I recently had a nose piece break off. I sent a photo and ask to purchase afew more sets. Customer service was right back to me and are sending another set at no charge. They stand by their product! I did also order another set with the case that mounts on your phone. Very handy! Thank you again ThinOptics.

Paid a premium for a 250th anniversary…
Paid a premium for a 250th anniversary product that was put on sale the next week. The product is magnetic but swivels on my phone and does not hold as firmly as the adhesive ones do. Cost went up, quality went down. Very disappointing.

The Magnetic Case is a TERRIBLE Design FAIL!
The magnetic cases I ordered to attach to my iPhone are terrible. I reached out to customer service several days ago and still have not heard back. Why is the case itself not magnetic in 2026? Instead they expect you to adhere a plate with a square magnet sticking up to the back of your phone that magnetically grabs their case. Pathetic design. It negates the essence of MagSafe where you can easily remove items from your phone…because it is already magnetic.
