Carolina was a wonderful tour guide
Carolina was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable and considerate! The only thing that was unclear when booking the tour was how much walking it would be versus transportation to the various sites. Being our first time in Rome, it would have been appreciated if that was made more clear in the description as we had my mom in her 70’s and my young niece who couldn’t manage the long day in the heat.

Terrific experience used for Versailles…
Terrific experience used for Versailles and also Notre Dame. Our guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, organized, professional. The communication getting to the meeting point and starting on time was excellent including directions. In our case for Versailles, the extreme heat caused changes in Scheduling and they were very communicative about that with updates and emails write down to hours before meeting time. Peace of mind I would certainly look for options to use The Tour Guy on our next tour/vacation. Well, I will tell my friends about it as well.

Sophie made our London trip unforgettable!
We had the best time on the royal walking tour thanks to Sophie. Her storytelling was so engaging and entertaining that the time flew by. The pace was absolutely perfect—never felt rushed but never lagged. She is a phenomenal guide!

Terrible experience
Tour was not gathered where you said it would be so it took me a bit to find it. I was 4 mins past the tour time and you left without me and won’t give me a refund. Awful experience you should be ashamed

Damiano was excellent!
Damiano was excellent! We did the Special Access Colosseum Arena Floor Tour through the Gladiator's Gate with him and he was fantastic!!! Highly recommend if you are in Rome!

Daniel was fantastic! We were all suffering in Rome’s summer heat but he found us water and shade as much as possible! He was a fountain of knowledge and also funny. We loved this tour and highly recommend it.

I’m booked with these guys in…
I’m booked with these guys in confidence and they have cancelled on me less than 5 days before I fly due to low numbers. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. Holiday ruined. Don’t put your hopes on the glossy you tube media. Poor customer services and have to wait an eternity for a reply. No direct dial to speak to anyone.

Gaia was an awesome guide!
Our tour guide, Gaia was awesome...she was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of facts and interesting tidbits about Venice, Murano and Burrano. She also helped with some additional navigation questions we had.

Andrew is an outstanding tour guide!
Andrew is an outstanding tour guide! He was so full of really interesting and entertainingly delivered historical information. Brought the history and customs to life. The pacing was very good and gave. Opportunities for toilet breaks and brief rests. Very skilled at keeping everyone corralled.

The Perfect Recipe for the Louvre
We’d hoped the tour would be breezy fun to help us see the greatest hits of the Louvre easily - we didn’t expect our guide to be so knowledgeable but relaxed, the perfect mix of sightseeing and dawdling, humour and information, talk versus let the art do the talking. We were so jazzed with the whole experience. Merci beaucoup.
