I was a little nervous buying a suit online without trying it on, but the sizing guide on the website is spot on. My Mazara suit arrived in three days and fits like it was made for me. I will definitely be ordering more.

What I am rating is the customer service I received, not the product itself. I don't want to provide too much information because I don't want people taking advantage of this company. I will say that something happened to my order that was completely out of the hands of the company. They had the right to fight me, but they agreed with me and allowed the process to proceed. Not many companies would do that. My second order went through without a hitch.

The team there listened to what I was looking for and pulled a variety of options across all price points. Not only did they speak with me about my feelings on the suit, they also actively engaged my wife on her own thoughts an opinions. They did not pressure into any sale and allowed me to make my choice organically.

We LOVE the Suit Depot! We have been using them for years. The quality is excellent. The price is very reasonable. The customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend them! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience today outfitting my son at The Suit Depot. Everyone was incredibly helpful and I was able to get everything he needed. Shoes, pants, shirts and a jacket all at a great price. Highly recommend.

Suit Depot had a great discount on a sports coat I liked. After my purchase it arrived by the end of the week which was way ahead of the estimated 2 week delivery. Getting all my suits and sports coats from Suit Depot going forward!

Over a week ago I requested a return label for item #219326. Not only did I not receive a label they stopped answering my text .The person on the other end of the text said his name was Toni. Am I getting scammed or what???

The person who finally took care of me and as extremely helpful and kind Before I was bounced around and a person told me that they had no suits for 239 the price all went up to 279. I told him it’s advertised as 239 and I already have it in an order I just didn’t pay yet he said well you are being misquoted I said it’s clear on the advertisement so he transferred me for the third time and that person was extremely helpful
