Very satisfied customer.
Lots of batting products. Immediately contacts customer if a question about order arises. Quickly ships product. I love that a knowledgeable staff member answered phone when l called with a concern.

Batting arrived promptly
Batting arrived promptly. It was securely wrapped and sealed from any water damage. The delivery driver left it on my doorstep. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the product. Although it is soft and low loft, it seems flimsy and stretched as I mounted it on my long arm quilter.

Very timely service
Very timely service! I ordered way in advance of need expecting many weeks before delivery. My batting roll came way before expected, which is a good thing. And the driver put it up at the house and not against a tree!

I originally gave this site one star. I then saw, buried in my e-mail, a very nice note from the company explaining my purchase is on back order. Patience is key. I now update my rating to 5 stars due to the excellent and kind customer service center who reached out with details regarding shipping.
