I am so grateful to everyone I worked with personally at Pulp House publishing and everyone behind the scenes. After 30 years of writing poems it was a maybe-someday faraway dream. I happened on to them on FACEBOOK AND I received a prompt message back from Jay. After a few conversations with him I was ready to step into the maybe-someday becoming a reality Katherine has been my guiding star, so very supportive and patient. She has guided me thru every step. Her instincts and talent have been beyond helpful I Have great expectations of where this is going to take me. Maybe book 2!! I highly recommend Pulp House Publishing to anyone looking for a publishing company that they can trust.

As a first-time author

As a first-time author, publishing Gabby the Brave Bear Cub with Pulp House Publishing was both exciting and a learning experience. One issue I encountered was that my book was supposed to be formatted as 8.5” x 11”, but it was completed in 8.5” x 8.5”. By the time this was discovered, I was told changing the size would require reformatting the entire book. I also learned later in the process that my original 15–16 page manuscript needed to be expanded to 32 pages to meet Amazon’s hardcover printing requirements. I would also encourage future authors to ask detailed questions about what is included in the publishing agreement. We learned that some services, such as an Amazon Author Central page, global copyright, and certain marketing services, require additional fees beyond the initial contract. Despite these challenges, Jay Garcia was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when I had questions or felt overwhelmed. His guidance made a tremendous difference, and I truly appreciate his support. Overall, my advice is to do your research, ask plenty of questions, and make sure you fully understand the publishing process before signing with any company.

Expectations met.

From the start, Damien and Mikhail were eager to help me get my first 3 children’s books digitized and published. I am currently waiting for them to drop onto the sales platforms and am more excited than I have been in a long time. None of this would be possible without the help of Pulp House and Mikhail. Professional, timely, and responsive. They did what I asked and usually within the same week. I’ll be using them again. Thanks PHP.

So far

So far, my experience with Pulp Publishing House has been a positive one. The team has so far, has been patient, responsive, and willing to work with me throughout the publishing process and according to my timeline. As a first-time author, I truly appreciate their professionalism and communication. My project, however, is still in progress, so I do not feel it is fair to give a complete evaluation just yet. I look forward to posting a final review once the publishing process is complete.

I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on just the cover and the lay out of the book. So thank you again I do greatly appreciate everything you and the team have done. I'm still working on my second project so stay tuned you'll definitely be receiving another phone call from me about this next project. I want to show appreciation to my beginning team Mark Adonis and his team I started off with. Mark did an excellent job on the front cover. Also Mikhail Johnson and the team for putting the final touches on my book “In The Wake Of Her Hands” and making sure of it being published in a timely manner

Working with The Pulp House Publishing (TPHP)has been an outstanding experience. Their team is attentive, receptive, and incredibly knowledgeable about not only the publishing process but also how a book should be positioned to resonate with readers. They consistently check in several times each week to ensure I understand every step, answer my questions, and confirm that I am completely satisfied with the direction of the project. What has impressed me most is their attention to detail, proactive communication, and genuine spirit of collaboration. I never felt like just another client, they made me feel like a valued partner throughout the entire process. Fantastic Company

My experience with Pulp Publishing working with Steven, Katherine and Becky has been excellent. They are professional in every area of Book publishing. I have been very happy with the results of my Book so far. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to publish a Book!

Have worked with several folks here

Have worked with several folks here, the communication and enthusiasm for new authors is way above the board. The only thing i can say i am not satisfied with is when i asked to actually speak to the person who was editing the text I was told no. Since my book has a very specific dialect and the editor was having difficulty with it I felt that it could be a great learning experience with the irish dialects. I was told i needed to trust them and they changed my whole team. going on several months and i haven't had a decent edit yet on my book. I even told them to not touch the dialogue. They did anyway. The other thing is the push for additional add ons, everytime i say "show me the breakdown" they change my team. the people are good, friendly and courteous but they do have thick accents that make me question the ability to understand completely a completely different way of speaking. So Far Katherine has been good, we will see.

I have worked Pulp House Publishing

I have worked with Mikhail Johnson and others on his team to bring my latest story, "The Rings and Ripples in God's Plan, Part One," to print. Their patience with numerous rewrites and formatting showed their professional approach to publishing. As a novice author, they offered sound advice when asked. The company offered me many incentives to assist with marketing and to showcase my work on social media. I am looking forward to publishing part two in the next few months.

The Pulp House Publishing really helped me get my book in front of readers. Their marketing team made everything easy to understand and they handled things I didn't even know I needed. My book started selling steadily and readers actually reached out to me. I couldn't have done it alone.

I was skeptical at first so many…

I was skeptical at first so many publishing services promise the world and deliver a PDF. But The Pulp House Publishing actually cared about my book like it was theirs. They didn't try to change my voice or cram my story into some corporate mold. The cover design alone got me stopped by strangers asking where I bought it. If you want a team that treats you like a real human and not just another invoice, these are your people.

This is my very first book

This is my very first book (and I hope many more would come), and you can imagine the anxiety of treading a path one is not accustomed to, the questions, concerns and maybe distrusts, after reading the negative reviews written about some other publishing companies. But first with Emma , then with Mikhail, my very first conversations with them, I knew I was in good hands and I made the right decision choosing Pulp House Publishing as my publisher. Now my book is published. And I'm looking forward to working more with Pulp House. The experience was just superb. Thanks Mikhail. Thanks Emma.

Wonderful Experience

This is my second book and I have had a pleasant experience working with Mikhail. He has gone over and beyond making sure that this project was stress-free. Whenever an issue came up, he took care of it right away. This publishing company is very professional and standby everything that they say they will do. Because of my wonderful experience, I will return when I finish my third book.

They picked up all of my books when…

They picked up all of my books when another company went under and left me hanging. They have followed through with all of their promises and done very well by me.
