120 Watt solar panel.
I ordered from your website and my son-in-law made a frame for it when it arrived it was a totally different size. I looked at the website again and it had changed the size on the 120 watt panel. I ordered it because the one I ordered was the same as an older panel that I have. I could have purchased locally and saved $30.00 shipping if I were not looking for that size panel. My son-in-law thinks I'm retarded.

The sales staff was very helpful as I was ordering kind of piece meal,not a package. The order got here quickly ,but the FedEx driver was a bit of a jerk.It state in email to verify everything BEFORE signing. The driver didn't want to unload until I signed.I finally go the inverter before signing. I haven't installed the order yet but I think we'll be good. I would use again.

I order an 1,800 dollar inverter is broken
I order an 1,800 dollar inverter. I install it and it was broken. The cooling fan was loose inside the inverter case and rattling around. You tell me it was damaged by the shipper and I will have to install a new fan myself or send back an 89 pound inverter at my expense to be repaired at my expense. Or I can take it up with the shipper. This is terrible customer service. I don't care if it was damaged in shipping or not.... I got a broken inverter that now I have fix myself or pay????? to have it fixed.... Not good. I WAS a repeat customer.....

Ordered a 2000w sinewave…
Ordered a 2000w sinewave inverter/battery charger to use as a sump pump backup. Received within a week and tested the unit once the sump pump was operating. The unit changed over to battery within ms and continued operating on battery power. Exactly what I was looking for. Also tech support helped me setup the various switches for the proper operation. Great job and great unit.

A Dozen 330Watt Solar Panels
Received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Well packaged, no damage to any of the solar panels. Just tested each one today and all working fine. Price was reasonable and I appreciated their kind treatment.
