Bit the bullet, and very pleased.
I was a little hesitant, but the ship I wanted hasn't been available to purchase this year. So, I bit the bullet and bought it. It took a little longer than the "advertised" six minutes, but, only took 10 minutes. So, not an issue.

Service was excellent for my recent purchase of an RSI Apollo Triage OC with LTI went very well. Item was shipped very fast within the hour via email and was exactly as described. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend TheImpound for rare and difficult to find ships.

At first I was afraid & skeptical, Carefully looked around & I have to be honest. After trying it works perfectly as intended & as described. This is a legit process, Prices can get much lower but that depends on the demand & ship status since that can increase it's actual value. Just make sure to follow the instructions & you should be good. In case you have only one account there is also nothing to worry about, It's easy. Delivery time is quick & price depends. 9.2/10, Would recommend to anyone who loves Star Citizen with a passion & wants a specific spaceship that is no longer available or want to save. o7

Sorry, my English isn't very good. I bought from this site for the first time and spent almost $400. I know that was probably a bit risky since I wasn't familiar with the site, but I was genuinely surprised by how well everything went. I purchased one ship (worth nearly $280) and six other items. I received all six items within 10 minutes of placing the order, and the ship arrived about 20 minutes later. I honestly have to say that if you're looking for a ship or some cool items, this is a great place to buy from. It's cheaper than the Pledge Store, and they offer a wider selection of items as well.

They will mess around with you acting like they’re interested in buying your account and then when you try to sell it, they tell you it’s nothing but credits and it’s not worth it to them giant waste of time messing with these people

Nervous First Time Big Purchaser- New Customer
I'm new to Star Citizen...I'm new to gaming. Never gamed before and I'm over 65 years old. When I saw the RSI Polaris, I fell in digital love. I knew I had to have it. But I'm kinda thrifty. So I went to non-RSI sites looking for bargains and found the Impound. While I've seen slightly lower prices elsewhere, I made "test" purchases and The Impound was the only site to pass the test. So I pulled the trigger (can I say that here?) and bought the Polaris. I had my email from RSI within 5 minutes and the ship in my hangar. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I'll be back for more. Thanks, The Impound. You really came through.

CCU broken on purchase
Got to say, I’m pretty disappointed with both the response and the lack of action here — especially from a company that markets itself as being more affordable than RSI for upgrades. Because of an issue with your program selecting the incorrect CCU chain, I’m now looking at paying an additional $75 CAD compared to if I had simply purchased directly from RSI in the first place. What’s even more frustrating is that this wasn’t caused by user error, but by your own system generating the wrong chain. Yet the response I’ve received so far feels like the issue is simply being brushed aside with no real attempt to resolve it or make things right. For a service that positions itself as a smarter and cheaper alternative, this experience has been anything but. Bravo.

What makes The Impound receive 5 stars from me was first and foremost because of their professionalism. The process is straight forward and secure. Contact is done via Email and Discord, they offer an honest price for your assets and communicate in a friendly, straight and ordered way. I put the offer up at 9pm and went to bed, the deal was done before noon, the next day.
