Easy site to use
Easy site to use. Lots of cute frames but when I saw my frames I knew they the ones! Did the virtual try on and loved them. The rest of the process was super easy to go thru. Had them ordered and they got here earlier than I expected. The price was amazing! Someone on a budget could have several pairs without breaking the bank!!! I check the site often as I am scouting out my next pair!!!

Very easy experience
Very easy experience. Glasses arrived quickly and are holding up well. I ordered two pairs and am happy with both of them. Was a little nervous about ordering glasses online but prescription is correct.

Top Notch Customer Service
Absolutely wonderful customer service! I ordered contacts through them because it was cheaper than going through my eye doctor's office. They sent me a coupon for glasses. I was able to order 2 and try them on before I bought. I emailed them when I wanted to return one pair and they were so quick to respond and very kind and helpful. This was the quickest and easiest process. I love my glasses and I will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you so very much!

The Framery made it so easy to shop glasses. Their virtual online tools helped me find the perfect fit. Their customer service is top notch. I had a few questions and they responded to me via text right away. I was a little worried the glasses wouldn’t fit correctly since everything was done virtually. When my glasses arrived they fit perfectly, no adjustments needed. I love these glasses! I see so well with them and they fit great!

We love your try on at home option. I got my daughter one pair and they were too small. Returning the pair was easy. She was able to find a pair that now fits perfectly.

Best experience for buying glasses!!
The Framery has been so incredible to work with, their customer service is excellent, even if you need to return/exchange frames. I have been trying to find the right pair of new glasses and everyone I have talked to has been so kind and helpful. They also create and fulfill order very quickly! I haven't had to wait as long for my glasses as I have with other eye care providers. I will definitely be using them from now on!
