On 8 July 2026 I served a formal final demand requiring repayment within 30 days. As of 29 July 2026 I have received neither a substantive response nor any refund. Even though they have received, opened and read my email. My position remains unchanged. I continue to seek only repayment of the money I paid for services that I say were not delivered and confirmation that my manuscript and intellectual property remain protected.
