lol really? $20 for 2 day shipping and $13 for normal? You do realize people sell items online and know you're ripping them off with this pricing right? Really shaving as much off the top as you can to profit. Basic capitalism at work I suppose.

I paid for a year subscription for my…
I paid for a year subscription for my medication - 90 day supply with 3 refills. They shipped the first two orders fine. When is came time for the third shipment, I contacted them to move the date out 4 days. They said no problem and moved the date. Then they did not ship on that date, waited another day and sent me an email saying they cannot ship to my address despite the fact my previous 2 orders were delivered there fine. So I cancelled the order and tried to transfer my prescription to a new pharmacy. They refused to transfer my prescription THAT I PAID FOR and filled the prescription themselves, and shipped to the same address they said they could not ship to. They also sent via service that would not deliver in time prior to us leaving for a trip. So we never got the prescription and were CHARGED. Total BS.

Super convenient and affordable. Thankful for a company like this to handle my regular prescriptions. Great communication and updates on orders...really appreciate the auto refill updates.

I paid for 2-3 business day shipping…
I paid for 2-3 business day shipping and I purchased it Sunday night and it is now Thursday night at 9:19 PM and it is still not here. I could’ve got the normal shipping 3 to 5 business days which would’ve been $15 cheaper and still waited the same amount of time so I’m wondering why I paid for expedited shipping and it wasn’t expedited.

My problem renewing my prescriptions was solved quickly, and easily.
My three blood pressure medicine prescriptions were sort of messed up due to duplicate and expired ones the online website. This was corrected by one of your representatives checking on them, and telling me just to reapply for each one. She (forgive me for not remembering her name) was friendly, patient, and fantastic. She solved my problem promptly. My prescriptions were approved quickly and are on their way. I love your customer service, and the convenience of getting my prescriptions easily. Thanks, TELYRX!
