If you miss a payment, they delete your number forever
Our virtual lives are built around our phone numbers. They are the backup keys to our entire online presence, not to mention the main way many people contact us. Losing a number can mean losing access across the internet. If you miss a payment in Tello, they simply delete your number. This is irreversible. I just lost a number that I had used for more than a decade. Just gone. If you care about yourself, find a cellular provider who takes their customers seriously. To be fair, they were OK before killing my number, so I'll give them one extra star.

Great company
The fact that I could reach a 'Customer Service Person' rather than recorded messages was excellent. Your customer service personnel are the most helpful, professional and accommodating people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Yes, I had an issue with my Tello sim card but your customer service lady had it sorted in no time at all. Lovely people to deal with.

Great Company, Great Service
Amazing service. Simple, no ads or spam mail, super cheap, and I get exactly what I want. Makes me feel like big phone companies are a scam. I would recommend Tello to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sometimes a great rate isn't worth it. I had Tello for years, and I loved them, but a lot has changed in the last year. No customer service, no working support phone number, no chat. Emails are the only form of support, which I detest. You're in the middle of setting up an account with them, you have a problem, and you have to wait for an email? No thanks. I can't activate the E SIM, and there's no help, so I have no phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update, my phone doesn't accept E-SIM, so now I have to wait for a SIM card. It looks like they charged me for both. Tello did answer my emails the following dat, saying to contact them by email or phone if I need more help. They gave me the same two numbers that I found by Googling them the day before and neither worked. Rings and goes dead. Beyond frustrating.

New phone set up super easy
I just got a new unlocked phone, and the set up was, overall, super easy, IMEI number, plan selection, Tello cancelled my previous phone's plan. I didn't have to ask for anything... I am so happy I found Tello a few years ago... Great plan prices, the Service. Other carriers would charge extra for some of what Tello offers, but not Tello. They just show up and deliver what they promise.

We have been having the same issue for…
We have been having the same issue for three days now. When we log into our account nothing is getting updated pertaining to data usage or minute used. We have called several times and nobody has helped. My last call We were given a case number and was told they will email us when problem is fixed. Should be within 24 hours. Time will tell as the clock is ticking and still no updates from Tello or my usage on my paid account.

I am with Tello now good few years and…
I am with Tello now good few years and never had a problem. I travel a lot and my sim works fine while abroad especially when connected to Wifi calls and text work fine.

Great experience with Tello
Great experience with Tello! The service is reliable, the price is affordable, and everything has worked great so far. Very happy with Tello and definitely recommend it!
