Great customer service

Excellent customer service! Carrier gave my a mid-September ship date, but THC had the item in stock and ready to ship. I called beforehand to confirm before placing my online order, and all my questions were thoroughly answered. I received my part quickly, and it was exactly what I needed to get my HVAC system running smoothly again. Thank you for the outstanding service! I will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

i couldn't get the part anywhere

i couldn't get the part anywhere since it is discontinued. And also it is listed as back ordered in the website. They could get the part and shipped it within week,. fast shipping. and good price.

They made sure I got my part no matter how small

I needed a very small part for a mini-split system that has been discontinued. Placed the order online for the part and received an email stating that the part I needed was out of stock, but they would order it from their supplier. My total order wasn't a large dollar amount, maybe $25. I appreciate that they took the extra time to insure I got the part that I needed no matter how small my order was.

Relatable folks with good communication and service

Great pricing, efficient handling/shipping, and I simply got the feeling that the folks at THC know what they're talking about! With all the scamming that happens out there, I typically do a quick review of an online retailer that I don't know yet. You can quickly find this company on Google Maps and look at their brick and mortar facility via street view. They are not pretending to be anything else than what they are, a solid team of hard working individuals who are NOT in it for a quick $ but for sustained business and good client relationships.

Mini split cleaning

I called them to come clean our mini splits as they were very dirty and it was affecting how cold the air would get. I noticed one of our mini splits started leaking after the cleaning. They sent Renato out immediately to check and found that the debris from cleaning clogged the drain and they were able to clear it. We had gone a long time since they have been cleaned so we appreciated it.
