I have been having trouble navigating…
I have been having trouble navigating my account all morning. I finally reached out and called customer service for tech help; there was no answer, but a woman named Yolani promptly returned my call. She navigated me through my issues and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. Very helpful with things she didn't even realize I needed help with, I was about to be done with Wisephone, but she changed my mind when she showed me the simplicity of what I thought was complicated. Thank you, Yolani! Very kind lady that deserves a bonus!

Quick, helpful customer service experience
Yolani was really helpful, I called with questions about accounts for two of my kids and she was able to fix my issues right away. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and even found an inactive device that I had forgotten about and removed it so I wasn’t getting billed for something I’m not using.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! I got interrupted while setting up my new phone and lost my place. I called and left a message and a short time later Yolani called me back and helped walk me through the rest of the set up. It was so easy and seamless. Very excited about the new phone!
