The printables are really well done and genuinely helpful. I had a small issue with my order, but the support team replied to me really quickly. My students in Sunday School enjoyed every bit of it! I will be back for more lessons, literally print and teach. It’s nice to finally deal with a company that actually takes care of their customers.!!

I was disappointed in the product I received, but the customer service was 5-star. I hope others don’t experience the disappointment I did when I received the product, but this company exceeded all expectations when they made it right. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

I have a 27 year old traumatic brain injury. I have difficulty maneuvering through computer jargon. I could not find how to access my orders. But, they emailed me with an easy access to my files to help me get to use them. With my brain injury, I use the studies for myself. I became a practicing Christian and got baptized after my accident that gave me my brain injury. I have short term memory loss. So, I study and try to memorize or even remember what I am being taught to no avail. These studies for children work great for me.

I wasn't able to access my order and got worried that I got scammed because of the reviews I found here, but the support team got back to me quickly. The link went to my spam folder so I got worried for nothing lol. The support emailed me the link again and handled it without any hassle. Very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend!

I am so grateful for teach Sundayschool.com. My original shipment was waterlogged, and it was so kind of them to send me a new one. I did my due diligence and sent them pictures and my tracking number immediately so that they would know what had happened. I will definitely be ordering from them again as their customer service truly was professional and responsive.

I ordered the card set for Athletes for my grandson in Arkansas, and inadvertently switched the Billing and Shipping address on the order. I found the support email address, sent them a note, and they quickly made the change. So not only do I have a great product for my grandson, I now have a great company to do business with. Win-Win!

They take your money and stop caring. I ordered the 31 prayer cards at $29.98 including shipping on July 7th for my daughter. I received confirmation that the order was delivered on July 11, perfect timing for my her tennis tournament. However, she did not receive the item. I checked the delivery confirmation and it was not delivered to the specified address, it was delivered to her university reception and cannot be tracked as there are many receptions in all the academic buildings. I sent a screen shot of my shipping information as well as a screen shot of the delivery information via email & was told someone will get back to me within 48 hrs. Erica contacted me and stated that it was delivered and I needed to contact USPS. USPS stated that it was delivered to the labelled address which is not the address on my order. This is absolutely hopeless, there is no phone number or chat to get a human, just Erica hiding behind an email. I have demanded a refund as summer school ends today and my daughter is coming home, but they keep saying the order was delivered. Basically, they grab the money and do not care afterwards. Not Christian like!

Don't ever purchase from this vendor. It seems I wasn't the only consumer victim to fall prey to deceptive purchase order. I buy one item and have been automatically subscribed to a monthly charge that I didn't consent to. Avoid purchasing from this online store. Purchase at your own risk.

Here a some of the support received was of great benefit: 1. The speed of your responce was very wlecome. 2. Although I was told the 2 pages were included I thought there would be a separate item. 3. These tools will provide the students info not normally made available. 4. Being able to provide this quality of info may add to the class size lets pray so. I really want to applaud this company (TeachSundaySchool). I had not downloaded or printed my purchased copies at the time I bought them. Then I couldn't find it again when I wanted to run off my copy. I messaged the company and within 24 hours, I was printing MY OWN copies. They were so helpful in solving my dilemma. They messaged ClickBank and the next morning my receipt was provided to me by CB and I had my copy!! This is not my first purchase from TeachSundaySchool and it certainly won't be my last!! With customer service like that, how could it be?!!

Beware this vendor: I thought I made a one-time purchase of bible flashcards for $21.38 in December of 2024. But they charged me the same amount each month from January 2025 until February of 2026 without sending me any additional items, goods, or services. In my opinion, this vendor does not make it clear that they are running a subscription service on purpose and may be taking advantage of elders. Nine other Christians have reported this company on Trustpilot for its deceptive practices.

The company is very responsive. There was an issue with the texting on my phone and I needed the PDF of a study guide. They were able to send it to me through email. Also, in addition to excellent communication, they also have fabulous study guides which are very helpful.

there was an issue (electronically) to get the latest download of the 50 names of Jesus. I sent an email regarding this issue and everything was taken care of w/in an hour. I am impressed.

Quality materials well thought out and presented. Pricing reasonable. Two suggestions. 1) Books of the Bible have some overlap and in order to get the bundle, you can double-up easily. 2) it would be nice if the site could alert users of doubling up purchases.
