Good tarp
Good tarp. Fits well and conforms to the shape. Seam are not all the same for the finished side, the mid seam is rough where the edge seams are finished, should all be finished on one side.

High quality company and product
Great communication. I made my order online and didn’t realize I ordered a special order item rather than one in stock. When I emailed to check on order they were very quick with responses and offered other options if I needed something sooner. Tarp is great quality and worked perfectly for my project.

good quality, nonstick indication the tarp had to be produced with a generous lead time.
Product looks of good quality. I dinged it based on the delivery time. I know some sizes need to be made and not in stock but I never received ANY emails that may be needed to be produced and a timeline for when I might receive the product. Bringing an inventory checker into your pos system with a note saying not in stock and needs to be produced etc is not a hard thing to implement.

Great, durable tarp
Great, durable tarp. I use it to cover my smoker/grill. I originally bought the cover made by the grill manufacturer, but they only lasted two years before I had to replace it. Now I use a vinyl tarp from Tarp Supply. I know it will last much longer since I have been using their tarps to cover my wood pile for over 8 years and they are still in great shape.

Heavy-duty cotton that holds up.
Easy to order on-line with a good selection of products. I bought the untreated cotton tarp to use as a cover over the bed in my guest bedroom, where our dogs like to sleep. Being sled dogs, they are tough on beds (people beds and dog beds). So far the tarp is protecting the bedspread and collecting all the hair they shed this time year. I‘’m very happy with my purchase.

Lots of back and forth with diagrams…
Lots of back and forth with diagrams and phone calls etc. End result tarp did not have eyelets spaced a foot apart. Mutual resolution resulted in tarp being returned at my expense but at their shipping rate. Tarp modified according to what I wanted and returned very quickly at their expense. Overall happy with how it turned out and will be placing more orders.
