Well a couple weeks ago I left a 1 star review so I figured I needed to leave a good review of an experience as well. We were us cellular customers for 19 years. Then t mobile bought them. The takeover a couple weeks ago was miserable but I left review for that. They said we didn’t have 5 g in our area and not to expect for 30 to 60 days at least. We barely had internet and had sos signal. 3 days later after the cs person said she put a ticket in for us to make them aware we realized we had 5 G and we have high speed internet now much faster than us cell and less money. We actually saw them working on the cell tower by our hospital. Good phone signal now as well. Thank you t mobile. I am cautiously optimistic!
Their "fastest 5g internet" is the 2026 equivalent of AOL dialup! I wish that was hyperbole but sadly it is not. We cancelled our service with them within four months of signing up. Every indicator said that we had "excellent" signal strength, yet we rarely had an actual connection to the internet. We were regularly forced to rediscover and reconnect all of our smart devices. Customer service continually wanted me to factory reset the router, basically starting from scratch each time. The best part was when the customer service rep admitted that they get these type of calls all the time! That tells me everything I need to know about the "quality" of their service.
The service itself is good, customer service awful
The service itself is good, generally, unless you’re in National Parks or very rural areas. International is good. Customer service is a horrible experience and you can wait hours and give up before getting through to a human ant the AI chat is mind numbing. They will raise your price when others are dropping costs. We just left them after many years due to another price increase.
Have lost Internet service the past 3 weekends. Always got told oh there is a tower down service be restored in 4 hours it would not be restored for 48 to 72 hours. I called yesterday 8/8/26 and the lady said oh I don't know why they haven't told you we don't have service in your area. I said funny I've had it for almost 2 years never had an issue till you all merged with US Cellular now service totally sucks. Was told my bill would be compensated for the down times haha NOT. Looking into other providers
I thought there could not be a worse customer focused cellular provider than Verizon and switched to T-Mobile. I regretted it within three hours. Bottom line is they’re all terrible, just pick your poison but at least I had phone service with Vzn. Now I have to put myself through the torture of changing back to Vzn.
Sketchy service, rude unintelligible customer service reps, when I switched back to Verizon they continued charging me. After paying a Collection Outfit am still receiving "Offers" to take more of my money from other low I.Q. debt collectors. You'd be severely mentally challenged to hook up with these scam artists.
Honestly, I have no major issues with T-Mobile; their service is decent. However, I've experienced instances where they overcharged me by as much as $20. While that wasn't a huge concern at the time, things have recently changed. My latest bill shows charges reaching over $100, which is absurd. What justifies this $100 overcharge? It's quite ridiculous...
If I could give 0 stars I would!! The most horrible experience I have ever had with cellular phone service!! You can sure tell they DO NOT care about you or your business!!!
Called in to check on service for my father at his adress and was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes and no one answered. So I hung up ive seen since I switched over to phones and internet together my customer service response has decreased unhappy customer here
Very disappointed in t-mobile's customer service. I put up with hour-long wait times on several occasions, but the most recent fiasco was different. T-Mobile charged me for international calls to the tune of $192 -- even though the calls were made: 1) using WhatsApp on WIFI 2) while I had an international plan....they also charged me for the international plan even though I was in the US and had cancelled it! It took over an hour to reach someone on the phone and when I did, she didn't speak English well and said she would have to make an appointment to call me back in two days. We set a time. She called two hours early leaving a voicemail saying that the charges were legitimate....completely ignoring everything I had said. I called back to supply proof that they were made with WhatsApp on WIFI, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes decided it was time to leave T-mobile. I switched at AT&T, where fingers crossed things will be better. At least the support person I spoke to was in America and a native English speaker! She assisted me very competently, which was never the case with anyone on the phone at T-mobile. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE T-MOBILE STORES ARE FANTASTIC, though. Too bad the customer service by phone is so terrible.
Just don't even waist your money they unchange monthly, there is no fixing it once they bill you the extra just a promise the following month it will be reduced just to have it get up charged again. The 611 people are unhelpful and unwilling to fix the issue till you pay the extra 13 plus added without permission or to your knowledge
If you ever need help with a device or billing T-Mobile is the worst . Any time you call you do not get the choice you want on the BS automated menu and you wait for a customer non-service agent. You wait and wait and wait. Call and set the phone down on speaker and go about your day. The minium wait is 45 minutes but plan on at least 1 hour and 30 plus minutes is the average wait. I have waited as much as 2 hours and 10 minutes. Than if you do not get disconnected you get to play the what did you say game trying to talk to some form of a person that claims they speak English but, it is unlike any form of English you will ever find in the United States. You have a much better chance of understanding the Minions than this creature on the phone Before I would recommend T-Mobile I strongly suggest get 2 tin cans and a string like you did as a child in the 60's to talk to someone because that was more effective than T-Mobile non-customer service.
Having a digit line with problems for eight years and shutting down for no apparent reason was never solved but prices kept going up and service never changed! Finally I figured it out and found out that the app was the problem and they never did anything to fix it when they could have! They could have changed it to a digital SIM card ! SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER till I said I’m done with there service did they want to adjust things to make to keep me as a customer well it’s to late after hours of speaking with customer service will not offset the trust they have lost. There too big for there pants!
I switched my family from Verizon to T-Mobile. It took 3 days and over 6 hours on the phone. No exaggeration. The biggest circus I've ever seen. Started with a "Senio" agent of over 12 years starting the process. Took my activation fee for 6 devices and started the process. Assured me it would take about 15 minutes. When I had to go to an appointment after 45 min he assured me he would call me back the next day. He didn't. Took another 5+ hrs of people from call centers who had no idea what they were doing. I was transferred to so many supervisors, each one made more mistakes. They even ported 2 of our phone numbers to the same phone. Then when they tried to fix it, they ported both numbers to the other phone. They started the ports, disconnected us from Verizon and then our call got disconnected and we couldn't finish the process. They didn't tell me what to do before the call disconnected. Anyway, biggest shitshow ever... the only two people who were worth anything (i was on the phone with at least 12 different agents) were the two guys from tech support. The porting specialists knew nothing. They ran into problems with the porting process and would constantly say "I'm very sorry. This is out of the scope of our work here. " So, porting process was out of the scope of the porting specialists. They finally got me to 2 tech support people who knew everything, even how to access promotions, use the TLife app etc. In addition to getting our phones to work. Oh one last thing. After getting 5 of our lines to work, we got disconnected for the 5th time or so, and the agent who i got when I called back said id have to go to a store to get the 6th phone set up with esim because they can't do that over the phone (even though we had done it with 5 devices already). She transferred me to a supervisor who said she had no idea how to do it because it was out of the scope of her work and that's when I finally got transferred to tech support. What a joke. Welcome to T mobile. On a good note, they are supposedly paying off 4 devices at Verizon totalling $2100. We will see how smoothly that goes.
Went to cancel home internet had service for over a year was told I would be charged an extra month because that's as soon as they could cancel was told I could go ahead and return equipment to store today which is 40 miles away from me but I would still be charged the extra 60 dollars. Ask to speak to a manger was told I would not be able to that was there policy a manager would not be able to help. I ask when T-Mobile become a scam business.
We went to T-Mobile. They were quick to take our money we did everything they said we had to do we put two phones in one box and we only got one rebate and then they claimed that we got both and we only got one. My wife’s been on the phone for hours to try to get a rebate and they keep giving us the runaround and the phones are not even better. We had iPhone 16 Pro Max, and then they gave us a downgrade of a phone, which is a iPhone 17 and it sucks and we went into T-Mobile in May and it’s now August and we still not have received our second rebate and now spectrum is gonna send us to collection because we didn’t pay off that date that they owe us. I’m ready to return these phones and get our old phones back and if I could give them a negative review, I would as soon as I get a chance, I’m leaving T-Mobile forever and not look back and their customer service is not helping at all. They keep giving us the runaround too, and I hope this can help anybody else that is thinking about getting T-Mobile. Don’t do it. They won’t save you any money. They also promised our bill would be less than $200 and now it’s over 250.
