Swappa assisted when needed - Thank you.
I have made two purchases in the past 6 months - 1 Pixel phone and 1 iPad. The iPad purchase went beautifully - item condition exceeded expectation and activated effortlessly with my carrier. The Pixel was in great condition but could not be activated even though seller advertised as unlocked. Seller refused issuing refund for return but Swappa staff assessed situation and advised seller that item was NOT as advertised and facilitated the refund/return. Great service by Swappa. For that reason I highly recommend the service.

It is very expensive and not worth the cost
The fees are so high, and it's no longer the platform it once was. both the buyer and seller are being charged with so much fees just for a simple sale

Easy to use and find products
Easy to use and find products. Uses PayPal so you can get refunded if it goes awry but everything went smoothly and it was easy to track the progress of the order

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. I’m selling a device in pristine condition and they are rejecting it stating it is not in mint condition. Do not do business with this company.

Good as always
I've bought several things on swappa over the years - phones, computers, tablets. I've never had a problem. It's great to be able to search for exactly the device that you want. The selection is good, the fees are reasonable, and it's simple to use. What else can you say?

My experience was good
My experience was good. Everything worked and was easy. It was just hard for me to figure out how to review the seller. Which I want to very much because they did a perfect job all around. I had to use google to find out you had to complete the transaction first.

Great selection, great website design, but high prices
Great selection, I love how the website is laid out, easy to search and filter, and the fact that it shows battery health of the devices makes it better than competitors. I just wish the prices were a little lower on used devices in "Good" condition.

Great experience
Great experience! I'm more than happy without my purchase! The seller shipped quickly. I got a good price on a new phone. This was my first Swappa purchase, I plan on using them again in the future.
