Unfortunately Poor summer packaging - Probiotics damaged by heat
Unfortunately, the mail delivery left the probiotics inside an outdoor mailbox during high summer temperatures. The heat has rendered the probiotics inactive and ineffective, so I no longer need the recurring subscription.

Love the vitamins—subscription portal needs work
Love the vitamins. Do not like the subscription portal. I cannot ‘reschedule’ on my vitamins to get ‘buy now’ or to create a date sooner than subscription date. I have to place a whole separate order to get my subscription sooner . There are only options of ‘one month’, ‘two months’, etc. I needed to change my schedule to be delivered sooner but there was no option to do that.

There was no notice of delivery and the package was as left to bake in the afternoon sun inside the mailbox. That is a poor service.
