We had a great experience with Sun Studios! While the process took a bit longer than we expected, they were upfront about the DWP delay, which we really appreciated. From our very first call to the installation day, the 5-star customer service was consistent. There was never any pressure, and their communication was excellent—even after the system was turned on. Out of all the quotes we got, Sun Studios was the only one offering panels with the latest technology. Most companies could only provide 365-415 watts per panel, but Sun Studios got us 460 watts per panel and enough power for our property. That alone set them apart. After dealing with multiple solar companies, I can confidently say we made the right choice. Sun Studios truly puts their customers first, prioritizing customer service over profits, which is rare in this industry.
