Our whole experience was great
Our whole experience was great. From the start we were constantly informed on what was going on even during the long wait. We knew that they were working on moving things along so it was easy to wait patiently and once they had permission to turn the system on they moved quickly.

I haven’t had anyone to come to my residence to explain how to read. The different levels was on the grid and all of that which they placed on my phone. I called the representative. They sent me some information but I haven’t gotten anything back so I’m not even sure am I already on Son run?

Russell Dean is the best!
The entire process was easy for me the homeowner. The Sunrun staff did all of the work and scheduling, all I had to do was sign a few forms. Everything was clearly explained to me evrry step of the way, and Sunrun did everything they promised. No muss, no fuss, the easiest solar installation I have ever done. Now that my new solar system is operational I'm saving a ton on my monthly electric bill and I'm free to run my AC units all day with the battery storage. It's great and I couldn't be happier. I truly recommend Sunrun to anyone looking to save money on their monthly electric bill. It's a no brainer, the process was so easy and the staff extremely professional. I would especially like to thank my salesman, Russell Dean. If he hadn't contacted me and explained how simple the entire process was and that I would have $0 up front costs I probably would not be enjoying the cost savings on my monthly electric bill today! Our "Solar Experience" is now complete after the Tesla Battery install!
We were approached about the Tesla Battery and Vivent Ring camera deal at just the right time. Our rep, Joe, was SO informed about every aspect of the offer and was never pushy or annoying! He was quick to answer every question we had. In fact, he was quite surprised at my initial comment about being disappointed (make that "pissed") that there was no true Net Metering anywhere in Texas. Needless to say he explained how, after the install, we would be able to take advantage of "selling" the excess power that our solar panels generated. In fact, with the additional panels installed by Sunrun we now have 51 panels! Woot! Woot!. Every aspect of the install from first contact to the end was done in a very professional manner.

My first solar experience
Very friendly and responsive team at Sunrun. The only thing is that the Video to turn the system ON, was not 100% accurate and someone had to come to the house. Otherwise, great.
