SCARY Millions Lost & Illegal Solicitation!
If I could give negative stars I would. What I saw with three years in the community was illegal practices being taught to inexperienced excited people. For example people are required to list a deal with a specified return. This is 100% a securities violation and Pace is 100% liable for all losses it's a ticking time bomb, all his staff running the groups are liable with him. I have seen millions in lost and stolen $100M plus and there is way more, including most recently Rafael Beto and partners lost 300 homes using private money likely $10-20M solicited illegally from the group. If you have lost money in Gator or Subto to someone posting illegally you can band together and get Pace investigated. If you join he has a new thing to buy every few weeks to month and people end up spending thousands when 1-2% are actually successful.
