A positive experience with Strata Trust Co. & KEPM
This past week was the first time that I initiated a withdrawal from a Traditional PM IRA account with Strata Trust Co. The communication between me, KEPM and Strata was seamless and smooth. The entire transaction was fully completed in 7 calendar days. I am very happy with customer service, the online documents to facilitate the transaction, and the easy communication with KEPM and Strata Trust Co. Thank you.

The representatives I spoke with today…
The representatives I spoke with today very knowledgeable and made sure they understood what I was needing. A suggestion was made that would save me money and I took advantage of it. I needed a statement from July to present. The representative was patient and waited to make sure I was able to open the encrypted document. It was a pleasure dealing with both reps today.

Strata has been a great find
Strata has been a great find. I have been working with them since 2012. They can be a bit confusing with necessary forms, but help is available. They work well with US Gold Bureau. And I was really impressed with the Delaware Depository when I picked up an RMD of my physical holdings at the depository.

Strata Trust is easy to work with.
I have had an account with Strata Trust for the last 2 1/2 years. They have always been responsive to my needs and even have corrected things that were not completed per my instructions. They are very easy to work with.

Thank God for Wendy!
I had tried for several hours to complete an RMD form and was frustrated. I called Strata Customer Service and praise God Wendy answered my call. She knew her stuff. She guided me thru the form and explained the terms to me and answered all my questions. And she explained what happens next! Thank God for Wendy! I am so relieved this is done for now!

A Consistent History of Excellent Service and Support!
