Buyer Beware
StockX sent my purchase with a smashed and ripped box, which ruins the item's value for resale. When I reached out, customer service refused to compensate fairly for the damaged box and instead only offered a twenty dollar coupon for a future purchase. To make matters worse, they issued code they sent was only worth $15 so they issued a new one for $5 but they couldn't be combined. Having enough of the back and forth I opted to return the shoes. I got a great price on the shoes and am ultimately loosing money because of this situation. I've been a long time StockX customer both buying and selling but have lost trust in them as a company.

I can't give any opinion right now because the sneakers haven't arrived yet. I think the delivery person lost them because they told me they left them in my mailbox, but I didn't find anything there. I hope they solve the problem as soon as possible.

I made the purchase on 7/7/26
I made the purchase on 7/7/26. Estimated time to receive originally was 7/13-7/21. The sneakers I bought were for my grandson’s 8th birthday on 7/14. We did not receive until 7/24. I’ve made several purchases we both you. This had never happened before. Very disappointing

I questioned the Jordan 4s was Questionable Well at the gate authenticated 22 floors I found out was I got the second round that's why the dates weren't However had it go pay a couple of dollars out my pocket to get D*** authenticated which I should've had to do However to be aware that you guys are passing high quality denim tear knockoff I bought a shirt that turned out to be fake So very On determined

Issue w/ Order Delay
I ordered the Sabrina 3 & the seller never sent the sneakers to StockX. In response I all got from StockX was a generic copy paste apology w/ a longer wait time to receive the footwear. The respectable thing to do was to offer me free shipping &/or no fees for the purchase to compensate for the issue.
