I had a great experience with Stepful. The program was well organized, and the lessons were easy to follow. The instructors and staff were supportive, responsive, and always willing to help when I had questions. I felt well prepared throughout the program, and I would recommend Stepful to anyone looking to start a career in pharmacy. Thank you for providing such a positive learning experience.

Stepful prepares you for success!
I did my CMA certification program at Stepful, passed my exam and was certified as a CMA on my first try. I completed my externship successfully to which promoted me to a cohort class where my instructors assisted with job placement. I did my first mock interview with my instructor, and got hired the following day at a job interview. With this being said, I would like to thank the staff at Stepful for all the support and my guaranteed success during my entire CMA tenure. I would recommend Stepful wholeheartedly to anyone desiring of doing the CMA program. Thank you Stepful.

My latter to Stepful Staff
My latter to Stepful Staff Always there when you all are needed respond back when asked a question about a problem we might be having like being locked out are trying to log on. I really like that about Stepful . instructors are awesome class times are great works out well with many people schedule. Out of all the schools I ever attended. I love Stepful staff, Service.Go Stepful!

I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Stepful. This program gave me the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills I needed to prepare for my pharmacy technician career. The instructors and coaches were always supportive, encouraging, and willing to help whenever I had questions. The lessons were well organized, easy to follow, and prepared me not only for the certification exam but also for real-world pharmacy practice. I especially appreciate how Stepful motivated me to keep going, even when balancing work, family, and studying was challenging. Thanks to this program, I successfully completed my training and passed my certification exam. This is an important milestone in my professional journey. I highly recommend Stepful to anyone who wants to become a pharmacy technician. CRYSTAL R my career coach is very professional, she was available everytime I needed her. She went above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful that I was assigned to her. She was there from resume stage to mock interviews to landing a job in a hospital. It took me less than 3 months to get a job and I’m happy i followed everything she taught me. I would recommend this program to anyone who is trying to get in the healthcare field but I hope everyone will get the chance to work with CRYSTAL R. She is the real deal , the truth, the help you land a Job today girl, the above and beyond for you, the want to see you win girl. I couldn’t have done this with her and I’m so grateful. stepful has made it extremely easy to get my career as a pharmacy technician, my instructor is so fun and makes learning easy. the classes and how it's structured is the right amount each day, i'm so glad i started this stepful program!

Exceeding my expectations
I will be lying if I said, I wasn’t very skeptical about trying this program. Really the main reason I started is because I was “desperate” or a career change I got passed up for a promotion and said what the heck let me finally commit to the medical career I’ve always been dreaming of. I want to be a physician, but felt getting that clinical experience before him and even been completing prerequisite courses was out of my reach considering I started my education later in life. However, Stepful program being able to complete my assignments at my own pace (of course within the week because they do have due dates) and it’s in the class with having an instructor was very beneficial for me. I do have some experience prior with being a nursing assistant so I do know that gave me a competitive edge considering this program is pretty accelerated. With having a prior experience, though, I can really say that this program is just like any other in terms of quality if not a little bit better because they used instead of the art technology and training. I’m only in week 10 with only 10 more weeks to go so if need be, I’ll come back and edit my review, but I highly doubt that I would need to this program has truly been great even and being able to bond with my classmates and really enjoyed this experience so if you’re doubtful, which is completely understandable, I’m telling you not to be because this program is exactly as it advertises. Very thankful for this program and proud of myself for taking the lead because it has proven to be beneficial.

My journey with stepful
My journey with stepful 07/21/26 It's very rewarding working with stepful. They navigate the journey step by step so it was easy to navigate each lesson successfully. I would definitely encourage anyone who would like to continue or change careers to join stepful at the end you will feel accomplished. Angella C Edwards
