The service and updates were great through the entire process but when she opened the box and tried her rings on it was exactly how we hoped it would be. Moreso. The pictures were beautiful but seeing the stones and settings in person with the immaculate detail and gorgeous colors come out in various lighting exceeds every expectation. Even more incredible in person — and outstanding customer care
I could not be happier with this ring. The photos are beautiful, but they honestly do not capture how striking it is in person. The deep red garnet, black-gold setting, coffin-shaped design, and intricate bat-wing details come together perfectly. It is dark, romantic, elegant, and completely unique. The craftsmanship and small details are exceptional, and the ring feels every bit as special as the occasion it was purchased for. We experienced a stressful delay with UPS just days before my proposal, and Jimmy went above and beyond to help. He responded with genuine compassion, took the situation seriously, and offered several incredibly generous solutions to make sure the proposal would not be ruined—even though the shipping problem was ultimately outside the store’s control. Thankfully, UPS located the package and the ring arrived in time. Opening it and finally seeing it in person made the entire experience worth it. It is absolutely awesome, and I know she is going to love it. StarlandUS clearly cares about both its work and its customers. I would confidently recommend this store to anyone looking for a meaningful, beautifully crafted ring that stands apart from traditional jewelry. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from Starland. It is beyond beautiful but came with a flaw in the stone. These things happen with natural stones. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement stone immediately and covered the stone resetting. My ring is absolutely perfect, I get compliments on it every day really. I am so thrilled my fiancé found a place to get me something unique and very "me". All the rings are gorgeous but I would definitely say if your are an adult goth who wants something unique but not cheesy and extremely high quality, this is the place!
Not only did I find the ring of my dreams, but it was delivered just in time for my engagement party even though we did not give them the lead time required. Truly a cut above the rest!
