i find my hearing aids are not clear.when i go for service he said if not better come back ,but always the same not good. when other talk it is hard to understand,i keep saying what what.some people are ok

I purchase a set of Omega AI 20 hearing aid on July 23, 2026 and I must say they are VERY user friendly !!!! I am 100% happy with the service and sale of the units, I would highly recommend Starkey hearing aids to all of my family and friends. They was purchase from Center For Hearing Care, Salem, Ohio 44460-2017

The staff at Hearing Lab Barrington, IL were incredible. I had know idea that my hearing had deteriorated that much.

I stiĺl can't hear the TV no matter how loud it is. It's not the hearing that I have problems with. It's the understanding. It sounds like a foreign language to me. But I think that is just my hearing. So other than that I have no complaints.

For what they cost I would expect conversations easier to hear and less noise. Also one shouldn’t have to purchase a service contract

I’ve worn hearing aids for several years and have switched brands due to a reference from Mutual of Omaha. The service I received from your local representative was far superior to the large health provider that provided my original hearing aids. In the meantime technology advances was exciting and very helpful. My only criticism is that the battery malfunctioned in one hearing aid and had to be returned. That process took about 10 days, which I thought was a bit excessive.

The aids increase volume but I have a hard time understanding people especially females.

The minute I put on the hearing aids, I couldn't believe how much it improved my hearing. I can now hear conversations well even at a far distance. I highly recommend Starkey.

Not sure Iam happy with the product. Wasn’t what I was expecting. The clinic folks were fine I thought an aid in the ear rather than behind would be better. I am not comfortable with them and feel they haven’t improved my hearing
