Computer came basically ready to play out the box. No damage and it has been great to use. The videos on their websites helped make sure I didn't miss removing anything before starting the computer. I bought the voyager IV pro and every game I have played has been at the highest graphics settings and have had no problem running anything.
Starforge Systems is a Trusted Seller, They offer great products and my last Business with them was a Success, My only issue is that it took them too Long to get my item shipped out & that didnt go well with me, A month or more just to ship one item is seriously not Good. I think they should try to be fast abnout shipping out.
Fantastic service!! Delivery came earlier than the ETA (but that might be a coincidence), no damage to the components of my pc or the keyboard and mouse I ordered, starforge did great packaging everything and I had it booted up the same day!
I had a small issue with a SSD going bad, got in contact with them and a man named Jericho had me run a few tests, he agreed that the SSD was failing and admitted they had gotten a bad batch shipped in. Within a week we had a new SSD on the way and I was back to gaming! Thank you Jericho and thank you Starforge!!! I would and will 100% buy another PC in the future.
The PC runs like a dream and just plugged and played on arrival. Beautiful system that I love looking at. Josh C was a big help in selecting a good system for me.
This was our 2nd machine . Zero human interaction, easy to use and navigate website, I don't know how it could be streamlined better. Exact tracking info. Machine has nice lines inside , great cable management without extra fees. Individual part quality is high. Plan on at least 2 more.
Absolutely stunning. I ordered the Apothecary Diaries Starforge computer with the 5080, it is absolutely stunning. Im a big fan of the anime and light novels, so it became an easy purchase to buy this computer. The computer itself runs flawlessly and the build quality is superb. They even give you all of the brackets and parts needed to modify or upgrade the PC, which was an unexpected bonus. The price of the computer is absolutely very high, but i feel that it was worth the price for what I got, and I dont have to worry about all of the stress of building my own PC.
So far I am loving my purchase. There was a bit of confusion on how to open the case since I got some of the customizable plates but after enough tinkering I was able to figure it out to remove the protective packing. It delivered in peak condition and ready to boot up and has ran smooth like butter. The rig itself has literally destroyed every title I've thrown at it though tbf I do only game on a 2k monitor, I have yet to try 4k but I am excited to see what it can do.
I bought an expensive PC from Starforge, and I wish I could tell you what the PC was like. Unfortunately, they use FedEx as their shipping carrier. I was completely okay with waiting two weeks for the PC to arrive. What I was not okay with was taking time off work to be home for the delivery because it requires a signature, only for the FedEx driver to sneak up to my house and leave a delivery tag (stating we missed you) without ever ringing the doorbell or knocking. I have footage of this, and yes, it has already been submitted to FedEx. In case anyone at Starforge reads this: FedEx has absolutely no customer support. You cannot speak to a live agent...only an AI chatbot. They initially postponed my delivery until the next day, but lo and behold, the next day comes and I'm told the delivery has been pushed back several more days because of the weekend. This has been one of the most infuriating shipping experiences I've ever dealt with. I regret buying this PC and at this point, I honestly would have rather spent extra money somewhere else just to avoid dealing with FedEx. Starforge, please use a different carrier.
They shipped it FEDEX signature required so it took me hell and back to even get it when I asked multiple times to leave it at my front door. It also took 2 weeks to get it. When I finally got it had damages already in 2 places on the design itself but its just not worth sending it back and getting a new one since my old PC died and I had to build the new one and get up and running for work. So I have a case design with damages on it. It is what it is, I don't know if it was how it was packaged or how fedex handled it but it was overall just a miserable experience getting it. I wasn't gonna say anything but it popped up in my e-mail asking for a review so here it is.
