First time customer. As soon as I entered I was pressured to sign up for financing program. Doctor was on zoom to conduct my exam. Pressured to buy two pairs of glasses. When I declined a few times, there was a shift in energy and in a very hostile tone they told me to just buy the two glasses despite me not liking any of the styles. To top it off, the prescription was wrong so now I have to go do another vision exam somewhere else. Waste of time and money.
Really nothing to tell. I walked in without any appointment. I was seen within 15 minutes. Smooth process. Picked out frames and that was it. Nice staff.
Everyone was so friendly and they helped me to understand each point of the process-including understanding our insurance. My daughter loves her glasses also!

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. The staff was welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. My exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly so I understood each step. I appreciated the care and professionalism.
The prescription was completely wrong, and on top of that, the glasses they made based on their own prescription did not even match the prescription they issued. I used the new single vision distance glasses to drive home, and by the time I got home I had a terrible headache from using bad prescription glasses. I did not noticed at first, but after driving 45 minutes it became very clear to me that there was something wrong with the new glasses. The employees where friendly. No actual eye doctor was present on the premises at any time during my visit. The young lady who performed the exam gave me two different lens choices to determine my prescription, but she ignored my repeated complaint that neither lens was clear. I told her several times that I could not see clearly with either one, yet she continued to ask me to choose between them. Eventually, I picked the one that was the least bad. How can you determine the correct prescription when you don't provide a lens that I can actually see clearly through? The whole experience was a waste of time and money. It's a cheap place to go, but that's pointless when you end up with such a poor prescription, and the glasses they make don't even match that prescription. It's not cheap when you can't use what you paid for. I will not recommend this place.
Crystal met me at the door, welcoming me and taking me right in to select frames (they have a huge selection). She really took her time, not rushing me, giving me the information I needed to make a choice I'd like best over the long term. She also worked with my limited budget and got me a better price than originally calculated. She was very professional and friendly, thoughtful. My order came in early and Luis helped me adjust the fit. I like how I can return for adjustments whenever I need, especially with new glasses. Being open Daily with extended hours is a real Plus. So convenient! I'm very happy with my new glasses and terrific customer service. I've already told several people about Stanton's. Also, I just picked Stanton's online because close to me. When I called the Call Center, I got someone really knowledgeable who made me an appointment within 1 hour!!! I was very impressed. Thank you Stanton's for being here for me.
