A Happy Customer

The stair glide is a knee and back…
The stair glide is a knee and back saver. I just wish I had done it years ago. I no longer feel trapped downstairs all day until someone was there to help me upstairs. The salesman and installer were both professional, polite, and very helpful.

Office staff was rude
Sales and installation guys were great. Administrative staff were horrible. Sales guy agreed with me to provide doctor certificate in Sep, but the office says I must give at the time of installation and threatens to uninstall. Tone was rude, unprofessional and threatening. No coordination between sales and office staff, the person i spoke made me feel small and belittled me.

The whole experience was outstanding
The whole experience was outstanding, from my first phone call to the install. To begin, the salesman (Tony) was fun, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the features of the model we had chosen. The installers were professional, informative and accommodating.

Very satisfied
Loved Eugene, he was friendly, honest and answered all my questions. Leo who installed the lift was great. He did a really good job in the install. My nephew has mastered the transfers from his wheelchair to the lift chair and we love the 5 point harness.

Kevin and Max and Stannah
Kevin and Max arrived to conduct a routine check on our stairlift. They were professional, efficient, courteous and kind. They did some minor adjustments and answered our few questions. Our experience with Stannah had been very good from the installation by Carlos and Jose to the recent visit from Kevin and Max.

I would highly recommend Stannah
This was the second chair lift installation in our home and everything went well and glad the installation date was spot on because my mom was coming home from a rehab facility and we needed the chair lift to be installed by a certain date. After the install, a minor adjustment had to be made and the installer returned to our home in a reasonable amount of time.

Efficient, great work and great people.
The guys from Stannah stairlift were efficient, did a great job, communicated instructions clearly and patiently, and even cleaned up well after the install.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. Nicest staff, from the first visit to the installation. Their staff is very professional , and the product is great. The lift is not obtrusive in our house. Works great for my mom, and we are so happy we bought it.
