Oil leakage
I recently ordered an oil for my labrador retreiver. the bottles came and the oil had leaked out of the bottles causing the labels to be stained with oil. I called, not for a refund but to let Springtime know this had happened. The representative said that this sometimes happened and I felt like she was saying it was something I had to put up with. I would think that Springtime would want to be aware of this and try to correct the problem. We have been ordering from Springtime on and off for years and this was the first time I was unhappy with the representative I spoke to.

It started out not so good
It started out not so good. Didn’t get my product but through honest investigation they found out that they shipped to wrong address even though I had emailed the proper one. They took care of it immediately and I was able to receive it. It is great for my dog. I have been dealing with these people over 10 years and this has never happened before.

My Dog Approves!
My German Shepherd Stark likes their Longevity powder. It smells like grass & makes a green colored gravy. It's a great product & simple to use. One & done! Springtime is a good company, too.
