I am very disappointed with spring…
I am very disappointed with spring step. I went to the store place my order paid for it in full to find out two weeks later that the shoe was not available I’m 76 and walk with a cane. It’s very difficult for me to walk in that sun in the Tanger outlet and when I got there the store representative reassured me. Oh yes, we have it available. She checked online she says yes we can do this. I ordered the shoe I paid for it and I get a notification that it was canceled. I’m very disappointed about that. I had to go to DSW to try and buy inappropriate shoe. I’ll think twice about going back to spring step.
