Mostly Satisfied
Works great. Suggested improvements: 1) battery life 12 - 15 hours sometimes not enough. 2) durability 2 years in and don’t know how much longer it will last. Rubber thinking, logo fell off long ago.

No more broken wires.
I have used underground fencing for numerous years and each year there is at least one break in the line. With SpotOn that isn’t an issue and I was able to mimic the old boundary, so no new training needed.

Device is Exceptional in performance
Device is Exceptional in performance. A longer battery life would be appreciated, if physics allow. Did a few training sessions with an open gate with verbal and hand commands; stop, stay (sit or lay) depends on the circumstances of heat and surroundings, and allowing the dog to decide best results, wait ( which allows me 5 minutes out of site). My fault! While training, a neighbor , whom my dogs love, wanted to greet and got an impulse from the device, when bolting from the boundaries. Fortunately, she now understand that the gate is a boundary. Obviously, my dog is smarter than I am. Longer life battery for your company, and better dog owners are my only issue.

A great buy!!
Spot on is a great fence and very versatile. I have 2 different fences for 2 different areas. My dog stays in both. It is very adjustable and I don’t even have the subscription. Definitely worth the money.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Can’t ask for any better. We got a new colour for are dog and he is very happy by the way and I want to thank you very much as for the shipping part. I suggest you find somebody else than UPS out of the whole thing they gave me the most headache.

I read all the reviews and it turns out this colar does not get a strong signal in the woods. My poor pup keeps going past the boundary without warning and then just gets a correction. :-0

Love the collar and it works just as it’s supposed to but I just wish there was a mode that would allow my dog to stay within a hundred yard radius of my phone while I walk through the woods.

Spot on's support is above and beyond any other. I am on our second collar for Gus. I replaced the orginal collar because I felt it unfair for Snap on to continue to repair/replace the original collar. Gus is more the rough on things crashing through the woods or swimming in the pond. Thank you John Schmitt

Product works really well.
The product is working well for us and our dog. We had a different GPS collar previously and our dog knew how to escape all the time and the collar couldn't even tell me where he was. Yours with the two satelite system seems to work much better.
