Great service! Subscription payment systems need to be fixed.
I love splice their service is great. But as a user from India their subscription fails every month and I have to renew it every month manually. I wish they took more time and effort to integrate with the Indian financial systems. I get a "Payment Failed - Update your payment info" email every month and I have to literally enter the same card details again and it starts working. I have other international subscriptions with that same credit card and it works fine. Love splice hope they fix this soon. I have reached out to to splice support but haven't gotten any useful help. Apart from this payment issue , splice is top notch.

Vagueness of ownership for sync.
I compose for sync and I admit I don't really understand if there are restrictions on samples I use when writing music I own and am licensing. I feel that especially with AI under scrutiny for potentially causing problems for copyrights, your messaging could be a bit clearer. Do you have tiers to what needs a different kind of license like ACE does for singers? I'm currently subscribing because it's part of the Studio One ecosystem but I avoid using the samples at this point.

When I select a category ( drum loops)…
When I select a category ( drum loops) a lot of options other than drum loops show up. Which takes me longer to find the sounds that I want.

predatory company.
very good service. horribly overpriced and predatory subscription model. there is absolutely no reason I should lose my credits if I cancel my subscription. that is genuinely just the most ridiculous bullshit.
